Rented an Auger to dig fence posts and had two break on me. The transmission broke on the first one and the second came apart as I used it because bolts were not tight.

Very poor customer service. I have spent hours of wasted time attempting to rent equipment from them, and still have yet to get any good results. And this is coming from a person that always finds the best in people and situations. Just sad!

Nicholas who helped me out with the floor sander rental forgot to include the unique to the machine extension cord. After another hour and fifteen minute drive round trip I got the cord for the machine. If you have time to wast and money to lose rent from Home Depote where they have pleanty of worn out tools guaranteed to drag the job out twice the time it should take. Thanks Home Depote.
