I think they are polite and respectful. The billing department I cannot say the same. Had several problems with them.

The group also uses the name Tennessee Imaging--same address & phone number. The billing statement provides an URL for paying online, however the URL will not open. The URL for Tennessee Imaging also will not open. My date of service was 02/02/2016, I received the statement yesterday (7/26/2016), but 06/20/16 is shown as the statement date. In my opinion, receiving a bill 5 months after date of service, using more than one business name, and advertising websites that dont open is suspicious business practice. Shoddy, at best!!

This company is actually Tennessee Imaging, but they used a front to confuse the billing process and get paid by several providers for one service. Completely unprofessional billing staff. They filed our claim with the wrong provider then denied it at every turn. Apparently, they employed thefederal govt to send me a false EOB that they didnt file. Refused to admit their mistake and went so far as to say Tri-Care made it up. Still waiting to hear the next natch of lies.
