I honestly dont know what people on these reviews have been quoted for alterations, but if it were easy, wed all do it ourselves. I quit shopping around over 15 years ago. Ive brought all kinds of clothes here over the years & always very nice work at a reasonable price & turn around is always a week or two, even on our wedding stuff. Never disappointed.

This place is a scam. The owner JoJo barely speaks English, her daughter is an identity thief in NJ, NY. She is the one input 5 star review names Mengjiao Ye, she’s in some of the photos, provided fake review. Suggesting people are living in the area do not spend your money at this place.

She did a good job altering a blazer, including free revision work to get the fit just right. She works quickly and actually keeps her schedule (first seamstress Ive worked with who gets the item done on time).Her English isnt good, so youll need to visually show her what you want done. She understands too and a word. So too short arm or too tight waist. Dont say Not long enough or Can you take the pants out.

If I could give zero stars I would! My daughter picked up a bridesmaids dress after alterations were done and there were stains down the back of the dress! When questioned, the seamstress said it was oil from the sewing machine. My daughter was told she could get it out and to come back the next day. When she returned there were huge water stains where she attempted to get the oil out. She was handed $20 and told to go to the dry cleaners. The dry cleaners could not get the stains out. The seamstress refunded the money for the alterations and after complaint also gave money for the dress. Needless to say we had to rush order a new dress!

They were able to sew on patches to a shirt for an important event in a short couple of days. Owner very kind. Recommend.

I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this business. I was told what the price would be, for my alterations and the date that my items would be ready for pickup. NEITHER of which was correct. I was not b able to pick up my items until two days later, and was charged $27 MORE than what I was informed that the cost would be. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the way this transaction has turned out. VERY DISHONEST IN MONETARY DEALINGS. BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED !

I come here often to get my pants or shirts hemmed. Each time they get the hem professionally done within a timely manner at a, what I consider cheap, price. I love this place.

The lady could barely speak English. She was horrible on not specifying the price so I thought it was like $11 but ended up being almost $40!!! I obviously would not have done it if I thought it was that expensive! She just kinda blew me off and didnt even care. It was all in all an extremely horrible experience.

I recently had them add two zippers, one on each leg from the leg cuff up to just below the hip on a pair of bibb overalls for which I paid $60. I asked for an estimated cost and the Asian (?) lady said 6 dollar. Since that did not sound right I asked her to right it on my ticket which she did and it was a 6 with a 0 up and to the right, sure looked like 6 dollars. Her English was very broken so I had a hard time understanding her. I left the bibbs with them and picked them up a few days later. Well to my surprise the charge was $65.54 and was I surprised! I tried to say I might not have agreed if only I knew that cost up front. They were not willing to offer any help with the price. The alternation cost as much as the bibbs. They did a nice job with the zippers but what a surprise.I suggested they have someone with better English speak with customers when there is confusion like this.Will not return there for other work.
