Pretty good wash for my truck! It was my first visit there and I have No complaints at all!I only got the $12 wash to try it out so maybe the other 2 options would have put it over the top and got that 5th star?

Since my Corvette is lowered, Storm was recommended by another carwash facility. They utilize a belt system rather than the usual rail that can damage rims or a lowered vehicle. The price was reasonable even for top tier washes. They also had more extras than I have seen anywhere...ever. Towels, mat cleaners, tire shine, vacuums, air freshener, dash wipes, glass cleaner etc.. Outstanding facility!!

Provided extras that are included are phenomenal. These include air to inflate your tires, windshield washer fluid, damp microfiber towels, Windex, moist towelets labeled dash wipes and scents to be added to your car. But the least expensive wash is $8. I recommend you try it once to see if the extras are worth it for you.

Great car wash. Theres a place to wash your mats. They also have towels, air freshners, glass cleaner, bug cleaner, and disinfectant for you to use as long as you get your car washed. This is the best place if you have custom wheels. The track that your car goes on doesnt scrape the wheels!

Weve had a monthly unlimited account for about 4 months and weve been very happy. When pre-washing the difficult spots, they dont just sling a bit of soap... They make real efforts. The equipment in the interior cleaning area is always in good working order and supplies are never running low.

A brilliant wash- I got the Ice Storm. The vacuums are definitely better than at other places, and I really like the floor mat cleaner/ shampooer. Also, an attendant came out and gave my car a really good tire shine while I was vacuuming. Definitely one of the best car washes in town.

Great car wash - wish I owned it. Always busy.Well....today I went through this car wash and two-thirds of the way through my car started rolling backwards. I made contact (lightly) with the car behind me. When I pulled into the vacuum area I was approached by an employee who basically accused me of putting my car into reverse. I assured him that I did no such thing, but he kept telling me he thinks I did (albeit by accident). He even mentioned he had it all on video (revers lights, etc.) and I could take a look.After telling him I checked what gear I was in as soon as my car started backwards and it was indeed in Neutral. The lights he saw were from me tapping the brakes (more than likely).Eventually he said he was going to show the video to the owner and could I wait. I said of course. He came back a short while later and said he owed me an apology. The owner watched the video and said since the maintenance was performed. there is an issue of which he is aware. A tire can sit on a cleat on the belt and then something causes the tire to roll back off the cleat and the momentum keeps the car going backwards.Is this a complaint about the car wash? Not really. It is a great car wash. It is a message to the owner to better inform his employees that there is an issue of which they need to be made aware. The employee who accused me told me that they were now going to start looking for this issue and pushing the vehicle slightly so it does not sit on a cleat.Why now? Luckily there was no damage to either car.

Great group of guys there. Austin took the time to send my vehicle through again because it was still dirty. I had a bunch of extra grime on there from it sitting after the transmission went out on it. Wasnt expecting another go around but really appreciate it. Will keep going.

Best car wash in town! Not to mention they have everything you need to take care of your car after the wash! I go once a week and never noticed it before but they have a air hose at every vacum to air your tires up! Who else has it all but Storm!

Great car wash. I really like the tire track they use to move the cars through the wash - the design eliminates any potential for tire damage. They offer towels for spot work on the car afterwards and even free dash wipes.

It was a beautiful day in Jan when I went and rather busy. Staff was very friendly and after exciting wash, there were still numerous spots available for vacuum and detail. There is a floor mat cleaning machine (which is great!). An employee came by and offered to youchbupbthe wheel shine on my tires. I will return

Easily the best car wash within 30 miles. Great deals on monthly rates and has everything you need including pre-wash station for your tires or pre spot treatments on dirty spots. Also free washer fluid, free air for your tires, free interior cleaning supplies, free air fresheners and always has had top notch people working there. But my favorite thing is the actual car wash, i am picky to find a good one and this is it. Always cleans good and has all the extra things that make a difference. I really like the the thing at the end that drys off the top of the car, it does a great job especially on the windshield.

Scrubbed off at the bug wash station prior to entering, they scrubbed also. Good wash, but still some bugs. Fortunately they had plenty of fresh towels and extra bug removing spray at the ready for customer use at the vacuum stations. An employee even came over and cleaned my windows! Top notch. Ill be back!

The BEST car wash! My little ones like it better than the Choo Choo train carwash bc Storm lasts longer, it smells good & they love seeing all of the cool neon colors. The Train carwash does their “Choo Choo sound only 3 times and it’s before you enter the car wash so it’s hard to hear with windows up and a noisy car.

Attended this car wash and had shots fired while I was here. Makes me concerned about my safety and well being while being at this business. Do not recommend this place.

The wash itself is good, vacuums and staff are good, problem is the brushes the staff uses when entering the wash, has happened twice, didnt notice the first time, but several weeks ago I got a large scratch on tail gate of truck that will not buff out, seems the guys get a bit over zealous with brushes entering the wash, these brushes are 3 pronged with rubber inserts that will scratch your finish pretty good, at first you will notice the scratch and be able to pull away the rubber compound left behind, unfortunately theres a good scratch under that, will not go back

As far as I can tell, does everything youd want. Minimum cost around $7 and max around $20.

Really good car wash. Especially the vacuums and the extras left for cleaning windows, interior trim, and drying your windows. Theres typically another employee walking around the vacuum area making sure youre happy with the tire dressing. I pretty much go there every time.

By far the best car wash experience Ive encountered. After the ride thru you can stop at the vacuum area to clean your interior but not only vacuuming is offered...they have floor mat washers with both wet and dry options, glass cleaner, sanitizer, bug remover, 2 different types of air freshener and the proper towels needed for the job all at your disposal . I just recently moved to Chattanooga and I gotta say, this place is well worth the money. Its a little bit too much if you want all the features for a wash but honestly just getting the lowest one did wonders for my car and my first time there I met a kid named Spencer who helped me the whole time I was there and we had a pleasant conversation. Honestly the best service Ive gotten at any car wash or business in general.

Everything actually works, no broken or worn out machines, parts, vacuums, etc... well maintained, clean, friendly personnel, line moves fast. Wont go anywhere else.

Yes the car is cleaner than it was before. However, there are droplets and streaks everywhere from leftover soap, wax, tire shine, etc... Dead bugs on the front bumper did not come off either. I could have gotten similar results just driving past the neighbors sprinklers and it wouldnt have cost me $15.

We will drive across town to this car wash because of how great it is. The wash itself does a great job, but the add ins are definitely the best part. Air for your tires, windshield wiper fluid, car mat cleaner/shampoo are all included in your purchase. And you can’t beat the customer service. They come clean your wheels and have also pressure washed my car mats. We love this place!

The car wash it self does a mighty fine cleaning job. The vaccume machines are great, and they have all kinds of sprays to clean out the inside of your vehicle, provide rags, wash floor mats, and its all FREE. Highly reccommend!

We really love this car wash but the last time we were there this guy was blowing the parking lot with a blower and getting dust all over my clean truck. I didnt like that after paying to get my truck washed.

The facility that they just built is a five-star the quality of car wash and all the amenities at has the offer is a five-star even the prices are a five-star however regretfully the only reason why I post a 3-star is because I came through with a 2011 Toyota Tundra that I had just bought and buy an honest mistake the attendant forgot to remove my antenna when I came out it was bent no problem at all for me. I let the attendant on duty know I was told a manager would call me and I never heard from anyone. Unfortunately it cost me about $125 to repair the antenna because it actually bent the antenna housing. Other than that situation this is best car in Chattanooga Ive visited.

Just left stormys car wash i have to say one of the best car washes Ive been to. The car had little water left on it, no spots, free vacuuming and an employee came out and shined my tires. Overall a great experience! I purchased a monthly pass and well be using it often.

This is my favorite car wash. Car gets cleaned well on the outside, the floor mat cleaner offers a dry or wet wash, vacuums work well, and if business is slow, one of the employees comes over to help me with the inside of the windows. Ive got lots of kids, so van gets pretty dirty and I appreciate a car wash that makes it easy to clean up.

Thought this place was good. Washes are pretty good. Facility is always clean and the staff are always nice. Then today I went through and a mirror was broken. Thats fine lets just fill out the paperwork and they pay for it. Nope. Because my car had a scratch close by they said whatever scratched it must have knocked the mirror loose. What a bunch of bull. Great place bad buisness.

Storm is a nearby, go to express car wash that is excellent for what it express and a little more. Automated entry is easy to navigate, first staff at wash entrance is conscience and usually thorough...pull over and vacuum, buff off, staff often applies an extra tire coat...youre driving clean!

As far as the car wash goes it was good. We bought the unlimited monthly pass and not until after the wash we were told we had to keep the unlimited pass for at least 3 months.

Super nice place! I like the fact that you drive on to a conveyer belt which moves you through the wash vs. having to drive onto a metal track (which have always scratched my rims in the past) like most other facilities. I go out of my way to visit this car wash and its well worth it!

Great drive thru car wash. Staff used nice soapy water to preclean the car prior to entering. Unexpected bonuses were the free car mat washer, windshield fluid and air tire refills..and a staff member hand cleaned my rims. All for $12. Will be back with my other vehicles.

I live in North Georgia and pass at least two car washes to get to this one. Conveyer belt system makes sure my rims and alignment are in working order when I leave. Plus you don’t have to pay extra to get your car mats cleaned like some other places (i.e. the places I passed to get to Storm).
