They provide excellent service and their staff is friendly and efficient. The nCred credentialing portal is great for keeping track of credentialing status and storing our provider information

I spent 2 hours uploading and saving my credentialing information only to have their website crash. Upon speaking with tech support I was told that all the supposedly saved information was lost. The other employees of our group had the same experience and were also unable to upload the required pdf files delaying our credentialing process. These were not isolated experiences and I would highly recommend further due diligence if your healthcare center is considering using this company as their credentialing service.
