I have been calling this company during business hours for over a month. No one answers the phone or returns calls despite my leaving multiple detailed voicemail messages. I continue to receive bills, but am unable to contact anyone to resolve them.

I was recently employed by this company and its a wonderful place to work. The staff concentrates on working together to achieve to goals set forth to increase Revenue for all the provider groups we Bill for. Looki,g forward to the growth of this company

I was hired by this company worked there for 5 1/2 days. I am a certified coder did coding classes.in Knox for several months all the way from chickamuga.this was over 19 years ago. Currently I had been working for general surgery for 20 years which I clearly made aware to them.The first two days were filling out paperwork bank info acquiring sign in and passwords for many different clients. They were suppose to give me the acronyms for these clients but never did. The peron who was suppose to train me who was their only coder had a new client which she was running around trying to get settled. Well she left early the first two days I was there if I asked her anythingi f she acted like it was all good and kept saying its all good you are doing good it just takes time. Then she would walk to the the supers office and obviously complain about me asking a questions. I learned very quickly its all good and your doing good was not a truthful sayingOn the forth day the person who hired me came in for the first time to spent sometime with me in maneuvering around the system and she even had to ask this person questions and the supervisor even had to pull books down from the shelves to tell how how to get in certain systems.On the last day I was there the person whose was train in ng me was gone all day and when she did come in I was called into the office concerning a question I had asked about screening mamos with bone density which when I did screening mamos thrte were certain codes you had to use with them.after I asked the question and got the response its all good it will come back she went directly in the supperivors office and they called me in the office to get rid of me. I quess its all good dont realky hired me and I had known for its its all good.i didnt even want to put one star on the business because they dont even deserve that. I called the person who had hired me and I had kniqb for years and she refused to call me back. I posted a text from my last employer to her saying he thanked me for the job I had done for the office and that I had given 110 % and would always appreciate the job I had done for the office and the practice. I asked as I was leaving if they had ever trained anyone in the past and tge only one they had trained was the person who kept telling me its all good its all good you will get it . She must have not been an honest person. I have texted all of this the the buibess n manager but have not heard a word backJust though I would worn anyone who might nee applying for this job also a car was highjavket right behind the office on union street on the Monday I worked didnt seem like a safe working environment. I would be willing to talk to anyone who may have question involving this business and this also includes the providers that use this office.
