I have 3 packages to be delivered to Dalton, Ga through FedEx Ex. I got notice my packages would be delivered 09/20/20. Then I got a message that the packages will be delivered today 09/20.Then today I get a message that the packages wont be delivered until 09/22/20.I called and talked to a representative who put me on hold, disconnected my call and then blocked my phone from calling back to speak to a managerBad business tactics. Blaming it all on covid

I initially bought a product from a sales rep in order to give it a try. the company sent out another order before the first order was even close to being used up, I did not want it but kept it anyway. Then they sent out two more orders that I obviously did not want. They did agree to take the last two orders back but will not refund me for the $32 shipping.. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Plus the product did not work.

When employed by a federal agency, I used BBB as a resource for information for potential procurement possibilities. Later as a non-profit volunteer I did the same. When the Cleveland Office opened I again used information provided by the BBB office manager on local businesses for non-profit projects. The contact persons at both locations were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This company only worries about money dont care for consumers rights. We have a very severe unresolved issue with one of their members, and BBB instead of resolving the issue they only support and take sides for their member. Dont ever trust this horrible company!

I am contacting them about a harassing complaint against North American Credit Services on 2810 Walker Rd.trying to extort monies from me.I am hoping this agency can get harassment to stop.

I contacted them after being screwed over by a business that ended up costing my family $2000. They said sorry and there was nothing that they could do. Complete waste of time.

I have been contacted multiple times by this office regarding my company becoming accredited. I have stated over and over again that I AM NOT INTERESTED. They call and leave voicemails sounding like they are contacting you due to a complaint, only hoping you will return the call... You can hear drama and the sound of concern in their voices (Chris Arp/Harp). If I am contacted again I will go to my attorney and file a lawsuit for harassment when I am on the national do not call registry and have asked to be removed from your call list multiple times. I have all calls noted, time and date. I will seek damages for every individual call if I am bothered again.Call my phone requesting my services. Do not call soliciting your services to me. I dont do this to my potential clients, and you shouldnt do it to yours either.

The BBB is the ONLY review site online who has real life human beings read the complaints instead of filter them with AI and will actually delete reviews which are false, which i think some of google here are. YOUR SCORE IS NOT EFFECTED BY ADVERTISING AND AS A BUSINESS I CAN VERIFY THAT. We handled our complaints and earned our A+ rating. The BBB is 100xs more honest than a nameless google review or The fraud site that is Yelp or others. Deal with real people who are committed to customer service and fairness for all parties.

Very helpful when looking for honest companies/people

I had posted a negative review a few days ago based on non-response from them. I am changing to a positive one now as even though they didn’t respond to my email request they did apparently pursue my issue. I received a resolution notice this morning and all seems to be resolved. My thanks to the BBB of Chattanooga.

I joey haygood took my boat to faustos garage in collegedale TN to rebuild the carburator paid 550$ when I got it back the first time it ran worse than it did took it back to be fixed right and it sat there all summer and never got fixed I would NOT recommend them for anything thank you

They dont deserve one star. A man named Jim called me and said our company score could go from a B to A+ If Id pay $399 to join the BBB. I told him that was terrible to run what I thought was a credible business like this. When I refused my company went from a B- to an F and its been this way for years. This is NOT a government-ran business, its a private franchise and If you dont pay them, you get an F. This is the worst place Ive yet to see. I am seeking legal action now. Put up with them for years and I am done.

This isnt the way to conduct a business, theres always 2 sides to every story. Im going to appeal this with them immediately but I shouldnt have to deal with this either.

Dont depend on the Chattanooga BBB to post your opinion or review of a business that you have had issue with. I have posted 2 well worded honest reviews of business that have been less than ethical. The BBB wont allow a posting that is negativeto be seen by the public, especially if its one of their members.They are just as unethical

Worthless. I never like to give a bad review, but the secretary has no idea what she is doing, whether she meant to be or not, she was abrupt and unhelpful, seeming rather confused, and Kelly, whomever this might be, I guess The BBB Representative For Chattanooga was on vacation. We were supposed to be comforted by this? So NOT impressed. Write the Attorney Generals Office. God help these people, sincerely!

Totally unethical and deceptive business practices. I notified them multiple times about Burell Built exteriors false advertising without any response. Burell uses a fake address in Knoxville and has over 5000 in delinquent property taxes. Totally a pay to play organization. Corey Burell also gave testimony in criminal court to keep an employee out of prison. Yet Burell Built maintains A plus rating.

They are useless. Dont give these people any money. They are irrelevant and incompetent. Your google rating is what people go off of.

OVER THE TOP RENOVATIONS, JOHNNY and ANGELA STATON, CLEVELAND, TNOur Mother’s roof was leaking and we contacted three roofing companies for estimates. Over the Top Renovations, Cleveland, TN, was one of those companies. We live in Florida and Mother’s home is in Riceville, TN. At our request, Mr. Staton met our brother who lives in Athens and us at the house while we were in Riceville for a couple of days. We were very impressed with the honesty and scope of the job during the meeting. We felt very comfortable with him and his company so we decided to hire his company for the new roof. He provided a copy of the licensing and proof of insurance promptly before we signed the contract.He and Angela did everything professionally and promptly. They kept us informed throughout the progression of the roof. Photos were texted to us upon commencing the job, throughout the job, and upon conclusion of the job. Since we were acting on behalf of our Mother, we found the photos provided peace of mind to us. We found him to be a man of his word and we are delighted with the new roof. We very much appreciate the professionalism and the communication provided to us on this job. In our opinion, he went above and beyond to provide a quality roof at a reasonable price. How can you rate a business as A+ when they have 5 negative reviews and 1 positive review? There is no point to BBB ratings.

This is a terrorist organization which has committed countless atrocity crimes spanning decades. They are liars, thieves, murderers, drug addicted/drug dealing, human trafficking scumbags that torture victims, Federal Witnesses, volunteer preschool teachers, and doctors. There are no worse human rights abusers on Earth. These people are EVIL!
