I’ve been going here since I was a little kid. Angela, the current owner, inherited the business from her father who was a barber in the Navy during WWII.This is a no-frills place. Been going here a long time and do not see that changing anytime soon. They open at 0700 Tuesday - Saturday.

I got a decent hair cut at a decent price. Nothing fancy but Im ok with that.

Quality trim and cut, they use vaccum trimmers so no loose hairs on your neck and shoulders after. No straight razor but we didnt ask for it. overall good barber for a trim at a good price.

Awful.. I came in with a 4+ flattop.. need a fade and clean up the flaptop... I walked out with some kind of butch job. Figured I could touch it up only to see almost half of the top back was gone... I went back to ask for a refund and polite about it. The lady wanted to blend it..blend what.. theres no hair.. I have to shave it all and start over anither 6 months.. she was upset I wanted my money back and thrusted my money back with an attitude after telling me Id have to wait awhiles for them to try fixing it. Theres no fixing a complete hack job. . Their not experience cutting any hair other than the typical bowl and trim.. where they get their licenses from. I watched 3 ppl with subpar haircuts leave afterwards. Though it was the guy that looks perhaps gay (idk) that butched my hair.. calling a taper a fade.. perhaps their used to cutting.local hair...not a good barber shop.. if you want something professional..omg..wish I could post the before and after pics.. But how do you chop 4 flattop with scissors...omg..ugh...really.. then get mad cause you screwed up.. dont go here.. my sons hair was actually ok from the older lady.. he likes it.. so see Im not just being hateful...its money and time spent. At a risk.. not too mention..she thrusted me $15, when a haircut is $16.. And I gave them $40. The guy knew he messed up.. as he wouldnt come out from the back or turn from facing the mirror when he was done.. no apologies and see seemed to be a not embarrassed and unsure of himself.. very bad service... is he licensed Even? Wow. Im pretty upset..
