By for the most intimate and detailed haircut/beard trim Ive found in St.Pete. Dan (A.K.A. Chicago) is very professional and knowledgeable with different kinds of cuts and fades. I couldnt be more happier with his suggestion of a close fade on the side and a scissors trim on top. When it comes to beards, he is literally the only person I trust with mine! Whether it takes 10 minutes or an hour, Dan will put his all in every hair cut. Not to mention the atmosphere at the barbershop is top notch! Complimentary soda and beer while you wait with surround sound TV and hilarious jokes in between. Highly recommend GoodFellas Barbershop!!

I scheduled an appointment for 12:15pm and right on time at 12:15 i sat down and Malisa began cutting. Very thorough and turned out exactly if not better than what i wanted. They also use a strait razor to line you up not too many places Ive been to still do that. They are definitely good at what they do, in my opinion!

After moving to Chattanooga I struggled to find someone that could get my hair just the way I wanted it. FINALLY! After going through several different salons and barber shops I found Clinton and Kay. These are the only two people that have even come close to what I was after. They get that fade looking right every time!

I used to go here for beard trims. They are the best at just anything really. However, I eventually shaved the beard at start of Covid to be able to get a proper mask fit. Eventually though, I grew my beard back and looked forward to getting them to shape it and make it look right on my face. This time around, however, I noticed I could not schedule a beard trim for an appointment online. I did call today and the man said they do haircuts only (I’m sure they still do beard trims with the haircuts). But, our family has used the same place for our hair for years so I only need a beard trim. Sadly, I’m having to find a new place. Chattanooga has plenty of places that do beards so finding a new one won’t be hard. It’s just that I’m not sure any place will match up to the quality of work of Goodfellas.

We just moved here from the Clarksville/Nashville area. I was panicked to find a new barber. I made the right decision in coming here. Melisa cut my hair perfectly even though Im sure I was very vague. Check this place out!

I dont mind having a barber who takes his or her time, but if the haircut takes over an hour I expect it to be professional. My barber asked me for advice on how to cut my hair several times, and when it turned out looking terrible he said it was because of the way my hair grows. I would have believed him had I not had hundreds of haircuts in my life that tured out fine. He also cut the back of my neck and didnt tell me it was bleeding (I found out when I got back home) I should have gone to sports clips and got a better cut, instead I paid $28 for a terrible cut that took 1.5 hours and got cut. I will obviously never be back.

My first visit to Goodfellas was this morning. I made an appointment with Melissa, she was great. I arrived on time had a pic of the style i was looking for and she hooked me up. Overall, I was very pleased and plan to return again.

Told me that he was unable to shave my beard that he could do a haircut but not shave. So I sit down to get my haircut the guy beside me gets his beard shaved with a straight razor after I was Just told I was unable to get my beard shaved with a straight razor and made me feel like I was the bad guy For asking how come I couldn’t get my beard shaved but the guy beside me could. unprofessional You can’t do for one and not be able to do for someone else You can’t do for one and not be able to do for someone else!

Unfortunately I can’t put less than 1 star. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, I was on my way to the barbershop when I received a cancellation notice (10 min before my appointment). They never called me to apologize or explain why. Unprofessional and extremely poor customer experience. Will never ever go there.

I went yesterday as a walk in. Most places dont take walk-ins on saturday so kindly. However, every barber was very welcoming. My barber has just recently moved and I had an emergency need for a hair cut due to an event early the next day. I waited for a little while but never felt ignored. As soon as it was my turn, the barber took her time paying attention to detail. I like to relax at a barber and she made sure I could. The result was the best hair cut I have ever received. Visited while in town for a game for the first time. Be prepared to wait (i waited over an hour bc all 4 chairs were full), but it’s worth it bc they took their time with everyone, including me. My mid-fade and scissor cut on top was blended perfectly. Definitely worth the wait and at $23, it’s a very well-priced service for the level of attention to detail. Very chill and down-to-earth atmosphere, no frills. I’d go back for every cut if I lived in town.

Moved back to The Noog about 2 1/5 yrs ago and had a hard time finding a decent barber until I found Goodfellas. Good, clean, stylish haircut from nice people. Sometimes they might seem a bit slow but I guess if you want a good haircut you take a few extra minutes and accept it along with a good haircut when its my turn for them take a few extra minutes on. I appreciate the time and effort they spend taking care of my son and myself.

They only do walk-ins, and there is usually always a decent wait. However, the time they dedicate towards getting your cut just right and the little extra steps they take really make it worth it. Clinton is a great barber but the customer service from the rest of the staff not so much come in to make an appointment and you can’t you have to go online which is so Impersonal. Then when you go online it doesn’t tell you if there is any time available until you book a service. What happen to walking into a shop and asking for an appointment and people telling you I can get you in at such and such time. Barber shops need to get back to being barber shops not doing everything by computers but like I said my review is on customer service

The hairdressers were so painfully slow I’ve never seen anything like it. We can’t say the quality of their haircut because we walked out after waiting 50 minutes with no end in sight. They could be so much more efficient if they sped up the process a bit.

I have had many haircuts by many stylist and barbers. There was always something that I didnt like or thought somwthing could be a little shorter or longer. Ever since Ive been seeing Kay for 4 years she has always done the cut I want. I sometimes want different styles and she always gets its no problem. I recommend Kay to anyone!

My boyfriend came in for a beard trim and hair cut, he was really upset in the end and wished he never got his beard touched. Madie did his hair and it was nice and clean but he specifically told her three time that he wants to keep the length of his beard, he hasn’t shaved his beard in almost a year and he doesn’t plan on shaving it until he starts working on December which they don’t allow beards. This was probably his last chance to have a beard until he retires. She shaved his beard all the way down into like a stubble and an uneven length on the chin area.

Searched for barbers because I am from out of town and his seemed to tick all the boxes. Walked in and the girl cutting hair didn’t even look or say hello. I guess we’ll she is busy as she is the only one there. She is then cutting someone’s hair for the next 25 minutes I’m waiting there but doing nothing but complain about people coming in the last hour looking for fades and stuff and how she has to stay till 7:30 -8 some nights. I’m sitting there wanting a hair cut and beard trim and figure I’m not going to sit and wait and listen to her complain about customers. So I will take my business elsewhere.

Literally the worst barbershop ever. I googled Latino Barbers in the Chattanooga area and it had this one at the top of the list and the name Goodfellas sounded perfect. I took my son there and was on a business call so I told him to at least go sign in. When I walk in they already had him in the chair cutting his hair. 2 blonde headed girls cutting. His haircut is horrible I’m so pissed. The other girl was doing a good job it looked like tho. When did they start cutting a kids hair without an adult present and this girl shouldn’t even be cutting hair at all!!!!
