4 different shops tried to get my VW drain plug out without success. Birkhead had it out within 30 minutes. Got me right in and right out. Great customer service. Id definitely recommend them and Ill definitely trust them with my car from now on!

OK service. A little slow. Their hours are a little off, too. They will work with you on most things and do a good job explaining the problems to you. Ill give them that theyre very friendly. As with all auto places, there are a few extra things that need fixed that will inevitably come up during the process. They fixed my head gasket, and for the price (and problems afterward, which are ongoing) I shouldve just gotten a new engine. Overall, decent but could be a lot cheaper.
