Casey was fantastic to deal with, and got my 2010 RX 350 in and out same day on a water pump replacement. Very knowledgeable on Toyota/Lexus and just vehicles in general. He even went above and beyond and let me drive his personal truck to run a grab some lunch instead of just waiting in the waiting area. Thats service you just dont see much of anymore. I will be taking my Lexus to him on any future repairs on the vehicle. A+
