Everyone at Jonathan Hubler is really nice but I just wasnt happy with State Farm as a company. I have a term life insurance policy with them for almost 6 months. 3 of those months, my payment due kept going up. This is very odd because term life payments stay the same for the duration of the policy. I called every time it happened and 2/3 of the times, they didnt know why it had increased.I was finally really irritated with it so I decided to go with someone else. It took me over a month to get it canceled and done with. When I initially called I told them that I was canceling all my policies and going with someone else and they said it was all taken care of and that was it. The next month I was billed. I had to go in to sign papers that I was terminating it and then got the money refunded. I asked to make sure that I had no active policies and everything was fine and they confirmed it was. I canceled it around the week of August 20th. I received a letter from State Farm just last week saying I owed money even though I wasnt a client anymore. When I called to ask about it they said that it was a mistake which I understood but it was a little irritating because this had been happening for months.Jonathan s team was prompt whenever I called and had concerns which is why I really wanted to keep my policy there but then the increasing inconsistent payments got to be too stressful so I had to cancel it. Also the process of completely canceling it and being totally done with State Farm took about 2 months. The reason that stars arent lower is because everyone at Jonathan Hubler is really nice and they do care about their clients.

The team at this State Farm is one of a kind. Everyone there answers the phone with a smile, listens to my needs, and takes care of business immediately. I switched insurance companies because I was tired of always calling a 1-800 and speaking to someone different every time. A few weeks ago I had a tree fall across the corner of my property and it managed to take out the chain link fence on the back of my lot and also the side as well as crushing a shed and damaging several tools I had stored there. Jonathans office took care of everything and I only had to make one call. The adjuster wrote me a check that enabled me to replace everything I lost. I not only have my home owners policy with him but life coverage and three auto policies. Love doing business with someone who cares!
