My alternator died while driving through Chattanooga on the way to Kentucky. I was towed to East Ridge Auto just because they were close and they really came through for me. They had my truck up and running with a new alternator and charged battery in no time. They were honest and very friendly. They also have a real family atmosphere in the shop and I would recommend them to anyone. I was given incredible service and am very grateful for them.

My old mechanic said he fixed the wiring in my truck. It turned off while I was in the highway. The people over at East ridge fixed it within a few days and it hasnt given me any trouble and they charged me a third of the price. Thank you so much

Jeremy and his staff have been hands down the most honest and dependable mechanic shop that Ive worked with.Ive had an extremely tough electrical problem with my truck which has cost me an alternator, two starters, two batteries and two throttle bodies.Jeremy has refused to charge me any money until he comes to a solution.His shops integrity and business ethics have far surpassed anyones Ive met. Not only in the mechanics field, but in business period.I am impressed.I dont give reviews or recommendations often but man this company deserves it.If youre looking for honesty, fairness, and reliability you have found your shop.

Been here several times (2) different vehicles. Awesome work done, best prices I have found in this town for the 2 1/2 years I have lived here. Getting through on phone is tough, its a busy shop.

It must be a luxury to have so much work that you can just pick up the phone and hang up on a potential customer 5 calls in a row [ just now 1:10 PM 2-26-19] I have called five times today and each time was told just call back Jeremy is busy so I did and they just kept lifting the phone and hanging up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No one else there seems to be able to address new jobs for new clients. They actually didnt even want to take a message for him and had no issue at all saying he has three people here right now and he may or may not call you back. Hope your luck continues. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, doesnt matter how good your work is if you fill the market with people who cant get in the door or at least get an IM sorry were very busy and might not be able to offer you timely service right now eventually that will be your norm.

Couldnt do the job i needed done and the place they told me to call i couldnt locate it was on line as a real buainess but thats the only issue if you gonna refer someone just make sure where you send them is real

These people are so nice that its hard to leave a bad review. This review is only about the phone issue. The work is 5 star but PLEASE hire a full time employee to answer the phone! Its almost impossible, at times, to get someone to answer. There is no answering machine so it rings for over a minute and hangs up u. It took 24 unanswered calls until someone finally answered on the 25th call. Thats over 25 minutes of my day wasted on a phone ringing on the other end. There is no reason they cant have a better system and it will cause me to find a different shop next time because this is the second time ive dealt with them with the same result.

Best repairs and excellent people to work with solving issues with any electrical problems with tail lights not working.
