When we decided to drop some services, a nice young lady came out to the office and showed us what they had been doing and working on and taught us some things we didnt know. Ive been a Flypaper client for over a year and yesterday I stopped by to pay last months bill. The team members that I normally interact with were all busy so a young lady named Abby met me in the lobby. Over the last year Ive been taken care of by Krissy, Chase and Mallory (all thoroughly impressive professionals). Abby did not disappoint and was equally impressive to say the least. She was polite and engaging and when I told her I had questions about my website, she confidently informed me that she was the one who built it. She quickly answered all my questions while making me feel like I was her most important customer. I couldnt be happier with the entire flypaper team and it was real joy to meet another one of these capable professionals. If I were back in the Navy and writing Abbys evaluation, I would definitely recommend her for advancement and greater positions of responsibility

My husband and sons interviewed numerous companies before hiring Flypaper. We have seen our business grow steadily since we began using this company. They revamped our website, help with our face book, and they know what to do to maximize the use of our co-op money. There is so much to brag about this professional organization. Using them is hands down one of the best decisions that we have made.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I signed up last January (2019) to have FlyPaper create a website and run a Google AdWords campaign along with doing SEO for the website. After a month of everything being live, I contacted them regarding the lack of leads/calls. Their response is that it takes some time for these things to get going, after waiting another 2 weeks I contacted them again and set up a meeting with the entire team including the managers associated with my account. In this meeting it was again reiterated to me that these things take time to work properly. As I continued asking questions the manager asked to step away and investigate the concerns I was having. Upon her return she preceded to apologize and tell me that the tracking numbers added to my website and AdWords campaign we never activated. what this mean is that the leads/calls that i paid for got the recording the number you have dialed is not a working number, please hang up and try your call again later. She informed me that they would fix it and all would be working, they never offered reimbursement for the thousands of dollars I had already spent and said that I could not have the website I paid them for (which was also built without H2 and H3 headings). Then they told me they would run the website for free for the following month so that I could have someone create a new website for my company, that was my last contact for a year. The next thing I receive is a collections letter (January 2020) where they are requesting that I pay for the last month of the website. Needless to say, the experience with FLYPAPER was a horrendous. Even after the headache of having to redo everything I had done with them I am still having to deal with it. I would NOT recommend that anyone do business with this company.

DO NOT use Flypaper. A mutual friend had recommended their Lead Sales Consultant and said this guy was a man of integrity so the company had to be as well. We only worked with them for a few months and found out this was not the case. They have extremely poor communication skills. We had to prompt them monthly to give us updates. If not we went 3-4 weeks with no contact. After 4 months, over $4,000 invested, and $20 in ROI we found out they spent weeks marketing to a demographic that we had asked them to STOP marketing too...which cost us money. They admitted to their poor performance and communication and convinced us to go a different direction in terms of marketing. 4 weeks later, and NO changes to our marketing plan or website, we were told they were working behind the scenes. They had just taken over $1000 out of our account a few days before which I guess went to all the behind the scenes work they were doing. They will collect money and do little to NO work.Lastly, we understand that online marketing takes multiple months to develop. However, we saw more sales when we did Facebook ads on our own. Some might say, maybe it was your product. I even asked them if they felt our product was the problem. They assured us it wasnt and continued taking our money.Do yourself a favor...find another company to work with. They sound very convincing, but are highly unorganized, do not communicate with clients, and severely underperformed.

I just signed up with flypaper a few months ago and have loved working with them! There team is amazing and very kind and works very hard! Reagan makes me feel truly valueble as a customer, she works around the clock to make sure my site is amazing and performing at the top of its ability!

PLEASE consider twice before using this company. We were referred to them through a mutual contact (who had not used them, only heard of their services and thought it might be a good fit). We enjoyed working with our initial agent, who ended up quitting within the month due to his disagreement with company practices and policies (we found this out after the fact).We only worked with them for a couple months before realizing we had no idea what they were working on, what we were being charged for, and they were very unresponsive to our questions regarding our ads. They targeted demographics that made no sense to our business, and this continued well after conversations where we specified whom we would like targeted.We joined with them on the last day of a month, and they charged us for that whole month (company policy). They promised us a month for free, and we never received it. We eventually canceled entirely a few months in, and we were charged after our (confirmed) cancellation for two months of work!! We were promised multiple times for a reconciliation of the account with the actual ad spend, and to date we still have not received it.Since removing them and regaining control of our Google adwords and Facebook ads, we have seen way more growth than the months we were with them.We are so frustrated with this waste of money and are still battling the significant charge that was made to our account without our authorization, AFTER our confirmed cancellation. It does not seem like we are the only business who has had issues, but it is still crazy to me that we are having to fight to get money back that was taken without our authorization.

I used this service a few months with little leads, but that is fine my problem is that when tried to cancel had to pay 1500 hundred dollars for a service I did not need or could not use. I was lead to believe that if cancelled would have to pay an extra month, okay got it, but I called to cancel on the fourth and was told I have to pay that month because was the fourth the month after and mounth after that. That adds up to 1500 dollars for 4 days of a service I did not want or need. If that sounds fair or good to you then they are your go to. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone that is not how I do business or any other company I know does business. Okay responding to owner who is apparently worse at math then myself. If there is say 30 days in a month and I cancel on the fourth of a month and get charged that whole month and the next two thats 86 days!! Also small business is a great part of American society and thats way I actually treat my customers like family I dont scam them and I dont sell the services they do not want are need and all of my customers are repeat customers for that reason, I actually care about them they feed my family. They are the reason Im in business. Horton plumbing will not charge you for what you do not need, or try to scam you.

These people specifically target small business owners to take advantage of. They have a team of specialized agents to engineer lies. These people came to my place of business offering a digital marketing package of services for 500$/month with no room for compromise whatsoever after lying to my face. I am afraid they will intentionally harm my business reputation if I dont agree to their services. These scammers have the audacity to show you their faces, but wont bring in their phones so you can prove theyve been there. Someone went to great lengths to create a false map to show me. After I refused services, they stayed for another half hour, intentionally wasting my time. I hope to make them look as stupid as they seem to think I am. If my online presence is negatively affected after today, Im suing.

Im a co-owner of a Nashville business that began working with Flypaper in early 2016. We are very thankful we did. Our leads and website SEO performance have never been better. With all the places to put marketing dollars, small businesses need to keep digital marketing at the very top to compete in todays marketplace. Flypaper can work to create plans within just about any budget. Their communication and explanation on campaigns is also top notch.

I wish Google had negative stars! These folks are basically scammers. They want you to pay up front but DO NOT DO THE WORK they committed to. If you do business with them, you will regret it.
