I have used this service so far 4 times on the days I wanted different food, this service may cost a bit more than picking up the food myself but its better than fighting traffic, risking covid and waiting in line. The Drivers are polite and do a good job. My Friend loves that he can have a party and if he runs out of alcohol doesnt have to worry about a DUI when they also deliver alcohol. Great service in this time of isolating and wearing masks.
So just wondering why some of the employees get paid on time and some dont ? They work to pay bills
Im one of those folks who gets hungry at home, but doesnt want to cook & clean up afterwards. Thats where Ive enjoyed Dinner Delivered the past 4 years. Their drivers get out and fight the traffic so I dont have to (hence, why I dont mind tipping and paying the reasonable delivery fee). I highly recommend these guys if you share this mindset, and want convenience without the hassle.
Do not order from here, it isnt worth it at all. They increase the prices on menu items significantly, they charge a fee, AND a tip. You end up spending as much on the delivery as you did the food with these people, sometimes more. Not to mention they take forever and your food is almost guaranteed to be cold and soggy by the time you get it. If youre feeling lazy offer a friend or family member 5$ to go grab food for you.
Recently, delivery has not been timely, with over an hour and a half between ordering to arrival of the food. Also recently, some of the orders have arrived incomplete.
Today, one of its employees was pounding on my door and ringing my doorbell. I called to tell someone he was at the wrong location, which is not nearly the first time one of their employees has shown up at my house when I haven’t ordered food. Notably, in the past, I’ve ordered from this place numerous times, so you would think I might receive good customer service when I called Dinner Delivered, especially since I was trying to help. Wrong. The girl or woman I spoke with was unbelievably hateful. I called back to speak to a manager, and the same hateful individual answered, who then said she was a manager. This delivery service usually has no identification on its vehicles or employees, which does not seem safe. This “business” needs some seminars for the people it hires on customer service. Moreover, my orders have been wrong or late on countless occasions. I will no longer order food from this horribly disorganized entity. Furthermore, instead of trying to assist some rude individual, I’m going to either call the police or file a police report for harassment the next time this happens. Noteworthy, it seems you can’t write a review without clicking one star, which is an overstatement as far as ratings go when it comes to Dinner Delivered.
I love the fact I can lay around in my p-jays not have to get ready and order what ever I want and they deliver it fast and always with a smile
If you’re ordering cold food you will be good. I had only one time out of a lot of times where my food was delivered warm. I won’t be using or ever recommending this service. They take an hour when your tacos take 2 mins and your food just sits there. My order wasn’t even correct and it was disgusting. Waste of money.
The placement of the order process was nice. The only problem I found in it was the service did not deliver the correct drinks. I ordered two Dr. Peppers and one Sprite. I received two cokes one one Sprite.I feel that if the service was out of Dr. Peppers, then, it should have called to ask for a substitute instead of creating what can be seen as a forced sale of a possibly an overstocked item.
I like how if they are out of something, or something is missing, you can actually talk to a real person, who knows whats going on, and get it fixed. Also, they offer to go back and have stuff remade if you ask. Any time Ive used uber eats, and didnt get something, they can only refund you, they wont go get it. And you cant really call and talk to someone. Wait times can be like upwards of an hour someetimes, but thats only during like rush hour times. Also, you can have alcohol delivered now from them too.
Ive always ordered from dinner delivered and have always been a satisfied customer if my order was wrong or cold they would refund it,redelivery sometimes redelivery takes 45 min depending on the day of the week but that is what is usually takes anywhere else if it were another company, I have tried others like fybu,doordash,grub hub and post mates and those companies I will never to the absolute never order from them again not only when I call to get my order fixed it sounds like a hassle and the ppl on the other end are just rude! Not to mention the person delivered the food never says ty which if Im tipping there should be some kind of courteous approach I will always order from dinner delivered because they go the extra mile and sometimes more
Almost every part of the order was wrong! Part of my order was even missing! They did not call and tell me so I could order something else. It was expensive, with a really messed up order
Placed an order through the app & waited and waited for my food to come- an hour later I give them a call but to no avail they were closed for the night? & provided no help or assistance whatsoever. About an hour and a half after my food was scheduled to be at my! house! I went out my front door to go pickup another order I had placed since I’d decided dinner delivered definitely wasn’t coming and sitting on the front porch.. my very cold, very soggy food was sitting on my doormat. No knock, no doorbell ring, no phone call. Nothing. I was sitting in the front room omg! Very disappointed- will not be using this service again. Will try to contact tomorrow for refund since they couldn’t be of assistance tonight. Pissed!

Dinner Delivered used to be a great service, but it has slowly gotten worse. Ive waited to post a negative review because I work in the food service industry and understand the difficulties involved. However, over the past few months they have been consistently later than their already lengthy estimated time resulting in very soggy and cold food items. I have also received orders that were incorrect with little information on how to inform anyone of the issue afterwards. Who is responsible for checking the order for accuracy, the restaurant or the delivery driver?Delivery drivers have always been courteous and kind, but overall I have been very disappointed. This is a service I would like to used, but can no longer justify the price for the quality. If things improve I would like to continue using their service, but currently I will be looking for an alternative or just going to pick up the food myself.
Quiet a markup on the menu prices. However we use them a lot. Here lately every time we order itss 30 mins longer than what was quoted. When you its always how short staffed they are. Then your food is cold. And thats IF you get what you ordered. Was great when first started but the past 6 months or so you can just watch the service level decline.
Ordered takeout from Jenkins Deli and it was great! Added on a diet coke from Dinner Delivered and when I took the first sip, it was totally flat! Looked at the expiration date........5/27/17 (6 months out of date). Lesson learned, order the drink from the restaurant. Great, quick, accurate, and friendly service though.
Food was not even no where near warm. Driver took almost an hour and a half to deliver food to me that was less than 3 miles from my house. Want be using them again.
Terrible just terrible. Every single time I order, I pay for things that I don’t get! I’m not exaggerating either, every single time I order from this place I’m missing at least $5-$10 worth of items. You ask the driver and they act like they have no clue what you’re talking about. I have never received an email back nor any type of refund or credit. Completely unprofessional company, they need to take notes from DoorDash and Uber Eats. So I recommend anyone reading this, if you like receiving ALL the food you pay for, professional service, and customer support that will get back to you— dump Dinner Delivered and go with DoorDash or just literally anyone else.🤷🏼♀️
Ive used this service a few times and have learned a few things in the process.1. In addition to the service/delivery charge, ALL menu items have a hefty markup. Looks like around 30 to 40% minimum.2. The drivers are always rude and they take at least an hour to get there if not longer, leaving your food cold each time3. This service does NOT reimburse the restaurant worker putting together your orders. The Togo workers assembling your orders that rely on tips to make their money do not ever get tipped by this service and therefore you are less inclined to have special notes or sides added correctly. This one should stick out to everyone who has ever worked in the service industry.All in all a terrible service. Cant wait for a food delivery competitor to move into Cleveland to force them to be more fair to customers and also the Togo workers that are preparing your food.
They were great in the beginning, but never have the order correct anymore. Ive started using their competition, and my order is never wrong.
The sandwich is great but I clearly ordered lettuce and I didnt get any lettuce.
I’ve ordered from them several times and they are always nice even when the restaurant got the order wrong. Highly recommendable when you’re home and don’t want to go out
Was a great company, until I heard the owner say money matters, people dont. Customer service doesnt matter anymore, and it shows. They moved their office out of Cleveland, so its no longer a local company. I worked with them with no issues on my part for well over 3 years and they let me go because of something another driver did. Good thing there is a new delivery company in town starting Wednesday February 6th, called FYBU deliveries. Their fees are cheaper and customer service is great!Edit:: notice in their reply they said customer service matters and not drivers. And just about every reply is the same on all the bad reviewes. They dont give any cares about customers or especially drivers.
Have ordered from them multiple times. The last couple times I have ordered from them it has been wrong. I just placed a ordered with them and they forgot one whole meal in my order. We called and they told me they could taken it off my next order or I can wait and hour and a half for my meal to be redelivered.. the lady we spoke with was very rude and rushed to get off the phone.. They told us it was the restaurants fault. So I asked if the drivers checked the orders? She replied yes they do. Then if the driver checked the order like they are supposed to, they should have realized that the order was not correct. I will not be ordering from them again.
Update- I spoke to customer service and they are rectifying the problem.Ive placed 2 seperate dinner delivered orders. Both times the food arrived very cold, no fork, no napkins, and none of the condiments that were requested while ordering.
I ordered food using dinner delivered. I ordered at 5:30. My estimated delivery time was 6:30. I received my food an hour late at 7:30..cold. My food was delayed because someone else’s food order was wrong. They refunded some of my money. They have a “set refund amount.” Still tipped my driver but but won’t use dinner delivered again. 2 hours to get fast food isn’t very fast.
All the bad things youve read on this place is true. Just order Dominos or something. Terrible business!
I used to use Dinner Delivered a couple times a week and am a generous tipper. After discrepancies in my order and the food, the girl in customer svc was snippy and ruse claiming I was interrupting her when in fact as she listed what I ordered I simply told her whatbwasbrhe problem as she menrioned it. Done with this chick!
We got our food and the soup spilled in the bag. They left off the side rice and when I called to get a credit they said I called too late to get a credit. I would not recommend.
I had an issue with a payment glitch before placing my order and called customer service and they were extremely kind and worked with me so that I could place my order. I have ordered through Dinner Delivered several times and will do so again soon!

We traveled to Cleveland from Franklin, TN on 2/2/18 and made an order through Dinner Delivered. We ordered early so we would have our food by 6pm. Our daughter and her friend, both Lee University students, joined us in our hotel room for a “sushi party”.Sadly, when the order came, some of the food and all of the condiments and utensils were missing. No one could eat since we were in a hotel and had no forks, spoons (soup), soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, only one set of chopsticks (4 people). The driver told me I had to call the store because he couldn’t fix it.I called Dinner Delivered, who called Tako Yaki and discovered a bag was left there when the driver picked up. When DD called me back, I was told they had 20 orders ahead of us and it would be 2 hours before they could go pick up and deliver the left food and condiments. The other option was to refund the cost of the missing food, which wouldn’t help us since we didn’t have the items to allow anyone else to eat.My point was that I purposely ordered early and the order was wrong due to no fault of my own but we couldn’t eat until 20 other people got their food. The person on the phone said I only had the 2 options- wait 2 hours or get a partial refund. Neither of these options worked for us. I asked for the owner and was told he doesn’t give out his number. She did give me his email but I also asked her to give him my number, at which time she hung up on me.I ended up calling the restaurant and sending my daughter to pick the food up. If we had wanted to pick up, we wouldn’t have ordered it delivered and paid to have it delivered (almost $20 delivery charge with the tip). That was the whole purpose. We wanted to enjoy our time together, not having someone pick up food.This service is unacceptable. The driver should make sure all the food and condiments are there before he leaves the restaurant. And if the order is wrong due to DD’s fault, DD should make it right by sending a driver back immediately. I understand there are others waiting on food. That’s why you do it right the first time. It takes a lot more time to do it over than just get it right the first time.I emailed the manager, Josh, and Hays with the Chattanooga operation that same night. Neither had the courtesy to email me back. This review is delayed because I wanted to give them a chance to respond before I posted this.
Ive received 3 wrong orders, 2 of which Ive let management know about. Theyre policy on the 1st mistake is to give a credit of around 20% of the total. On the next experience- the credit was not reflected toward the order, but they did get the delivery correct. On the next experience- the order was completely wrong, the resturant had closed so I had microwaved corn dowgs & mustard. The driver did not bring my money back and management has not contacted me as of 20 hours later. I dont think Ill be getting the food I ordered or my money back for either mistake.Dont order specific menu items from this business, just be happy with what they deliver. -this should be their trade mark.
Today made the 2nd time I have ordered from them. Both times my order came quicker than said and my both my orders were correct. I was worried about todays becUuse there were alot of notes and changes I made to the order but when we received it, it was perfect. Both times said 1 he wait and we receive both them within 30 to 40 minutes.

NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN. I CALLED AND PLACED MY ORDER AND THE WOMAN TOLD ME A HOUR WAIT. I ASKED WILL IT BE COLD WHEN GET HERE IT WILL NOT BE COLD. WELL IT WAS ICE COLD PLUS I DIDNT RECURRENCE MY WHOLE MEAL.
They really have gone down hill since dropping cash and drinks. will look for other services.
