I requested services and even though the court was paying for services I was still sent a separate invoice. When I requested a letter stating they won’t file for additional payment from the court if they are making me pay. He said he can’t help and this is after 2 hours of emailing back and forth when I needed same day service. So it was time wasted. I would not recommend their services. I had all legal documents needed and they gave me the run around. Very disappointed by this.

Brian Holmes has served papers for us a couple times over the past 2 years, and in both cases he knows what to do and is VERY timely and smart in his serving of papers.I really trust and believe he will get the job done. I would easily refer him friends and family.He knows the system, he knows how to deal with people. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. Very very reliable.

This was the first time I had served anyone a summons, let alone a large number of them. Earlier in the year I had contacted Anton from Able Courier to do the process of service for me. However, I had made a mistake and Anton explained to me that service of process upon individuals was outside of his expertise. His is a courier service.So on short notice I had contacted Twin Cities Served. The things that stand out in my mind the most is that Brian Holmes is a hard worker and he will get the job done for you. He was resourceful enough to figure out how to contact me overseas and sent me SMS messages to keep me posted at the last minute.There were a few times we had to collaborate to figure out a problem. I believe there were about 9 parties he served. If I had to do process service over again, I would do things a little different. I would bite the bullet and do the skip trace first. I will not hesitate to come back to Twin Cities Served. Because the bottom line is, he got the job done at a reasonable cost; and when it comes to the 11th hour deadlines none of us want to be holding the bag so to speak and not perfect the process of service.Thank you for your hard work, diligence and extra efforts.
