I had just had a new paver driveway installed and was unsure about whether or not to have the drive sealed. The company that installed the drive recommended Clean ‘N Seal for the job snd suggested I give Jeff a call.Jeff reviewed the various advantages of getting the job sealed and was very prompt with a quote.Though they had a full schedule, he was able to fit me in when they had a break in their schedule.The job took just a part of 2 days (the first to thoroughly clean and dry and the second to apply the sealer.). The team was thorough and professional and the results were phenomenal!Not only will the sealer protect the pavers but it also brought out the rich colors in the pavers. Could not be happier and would definitely recommend them!

I had Clean N Seal restore my stamped concrete sidewalks, stairs and patio for my house which is only 8 years old, and they did a great job.I never thought Id need a full restoration so soon on my stamped concrete, but the problem was that I hired one of those do everything guys a few years ago who said he could do the sealing but made a complete mess. Too much sealant in a couple places turned white and too many clumps of the grit that he threw on to the stairs made it dangerous. So I need it to be all blasted, re-antiqued and resealed, and this time I called a pro.Jeff knows what needs to be done, he knows how to do it, and then he does it. He was on time to start and to finish. His equipment is 100% top shelf and his crews were professional at all times. His restoration made my stamped concrete look the same as it was when it was new, and I learned a lesson -- Clean N Seal is expensive, but its far more expensive to go cheap and get a bad job from an amateur sealer. Going forward Ill have Clean N Seal power wash and reseal my stamped concrete every three years and never have to go through this expensive restoration again.And if you want to spend less, remember that concrete sealing is like a haircut -- everyone can see when your guy did a bad job.

My front steps were a lawsuit waiting to happen! The sealer was so thick that when they got wet and icy, it was very slippery and dangerous. I attempted to remove the stain and sealer myself but failed. It was too messy, smelly, and just didn’t work. Clearly it was a job best left for a professional.I was grateful when someone recommended Clean ‘n Seal. Jeff came out to look at the project and provided an estimate. A week later, James came out and blasted the stain and sealer off the steps down to the bare concrete. He cleaned and then properly sealed them. The entire process took less than two hours. The stairs look great and are much safer thanks to the Clean ‘n Seal team!

I highly recommend Clean N Seal! They have done two jobs for us.One included repair of paver steps and cleaning/sealing stairs and a paver sidewalk; the other the repair, cleaning and sealing of a large paver patio. Both were done professionally and in a friendly manner.

Great resource for media blasting car parts!! Jeff and James were great to work with. Good communicators and fast service. The price was very reasonable as well. Wish I had found them a while back. The aluminum alloy wheels on our vehicle were very rough with clear lifting and corrosion. We drove it way to long looking like this. Finally got smart and found Clean-N-Seal right here in Chaska. They media blasted the wheels and it took all the clear coat and corrosion off. Then I used Rust-Oleum primer followed by metallic paint and clear coating. Attached are photos of before and after. Very happy with the help I got from Clean-N-Seal!!

Jeff Essig was great to work with! We had a hotel pool deck that we werent sure what to do with. We hired CleanN Seal to strip the old sealer off the deck and reseal it. It looks like new. Great job!

Clean N Seal did a phenomenal job on our paver driveway restoration last year! Not only that but they did two of my neighbors who were just as thrilled.They showed up with this monstrous machine that had several hoses running off it. Those attached to a machine that sucked everything up and pumped it back to this big machine. When originally meeting with Jeff, he promised the moss and sand wouldnt be blasted into our yard and landscaping, which he wasnt kidding about.They then returned the next day to install new sand in the joints and sealed it. Our old driveway looks like new again!

We hired Clean & Seal to stain our entire lower level (family room, 3 bedrooms) using an acid stain. The color they applied is not even close to the color we chose. There are boot marks stain-imprinted throughout our basement floor (see photo below). The sealer coating they applied left pock-marks throughout the floor. To add insult to injury, they still demanded full payment (at a premium price) for the services. We are now paying to have our floor sanded down and re-done.

Would recommend to anyone who wants a Proffessional job done.

We hired Clean N Seal to remove a defective, milky and uneven, coating from our brick paver porch and sidewalk We had been told by many other professionals that our pavers were defective, ruined and not repairable. Im so glad I didnt give up. Jeff Essig and his crew were very professional and did quality work. Jeff knows what hes talking about and was confident he could fix our pavers. They were successful in removing all the defective sealer and applying a superior sealer. Our pavers are beautiful now! I am no longer embarrassed by ugly pavers. I highly recommend Clean N Seal.
