I have been a customer with American family for over 10 years now and never had any issues until the original agent retired. Now that I have been working with this company I have had horrible time with my billing. I extended my date from the 10th to the 24th and they told me originally if I pay an extra amount I would be good to go and that my payments would be a certain amount from then on out for my two vehicles but nope that didnt happen every month something was went wrong and constantly had issues till this day still having issues with them. I called multiple times and Im still confused on what Im paying for because they say thr bill is for one thing but that doesnt make any sense at all. All they care about is nickel and diming you. Definitely losing a long term customer here.
