Bought four new tires and scheduled an appt to get them installed. I ended up not being able to make my appt and they squeezed me in a day earlier even though it meant they might have to stay late to get the work done. Brought vehicle in due to check engine light. They not only fixed the immediate issue throwing the code but identified and corrected the root cause as to why a sensor throwing the code failed. Service was performed faster than expected and at a reasonable cost.

We have been taking our vehicles to Auto Pros since we moved to Chaska in 2016 and have always had great experiences. They always give a thorough explanation of work that needs to be done and never pressure or try to upsell. Prices are very reasonable and having an auto shop you can trust is so nice. We have since moved further west and still drive back to use them whenever possible - totally worth it!

Im glad other people had good experiences with this business, but not me. I brought in one car that took 2 days to diagnose and repair. The response was a cracked distributor cap. I picked up the car and it ran horribly. Brought it back after 15 minutes and it took them another day to figure out that the cap they installed was faulty. I was told that they dont use Napa parts (which is across the road), so who knows what junkyard they went to. Another car went in for service and they charged me for rotating the tires even though I never asked them to do it and they never asked me if I wanted it done. Sorry, but Ill go to someplace more honest.

Staff: A+Price: A+I am really impressed with Auto Pros of Chaska. A rock punctured my tire. Late on Friday evening I took it to a nearby shop. They werent able to do the tire repair, but recommended Auto Pros. They said everyone has good things to say about them. I called them right before close on Friday to see if I could get in on Monday morning. They were booked full until Tuesday, but said if I could drop it off for 1-2 hours theyd fit me in. They had the rock out and the tire fixed within the first hour of being open on Monday morning! And their staff is great to work with too. And their prices are very reasonable! I honestly thought the bill would be 2 or 3 times the amount. If you need a Tires or Auto Repair shop, I would not hesitate to give them a try. Im guessing you will be back to use them again. Gary and his staff have always taken great care of my vehicles. We stumbled across Auto Pros 5+ years ago when they came to our door with a coupon. We had an older Tahoe, the first time we brought it in for work Gary walked me out to the shop to personally show me what was wrong. I was grateful for that as a women getting my car worked on! When the Tahoe died on the road I had it towed from St. Boni to Auto Pros. They were the only ones I trusted to work on it. Gary called me and was very honest with me by telling me the cost to fix it vs. moving on and getting a new vehicle. I appreciated his honesty. He knew getting a new vehicle would mean Id be in for less maintenance work. He even went so far as to refer me to a car Salesman he trusted and knew would take good care of me. Went in for an alignment, they dont provide Spec sheets so if you like to look at numbers for this kind of thing so you know your not wearing your tires your out of luck.Wouldnt have been an issue except my steering wheel is crooked after 2 days of highway driving while I drive the car straight. I will not be going back.

I dont know how to adequately put into words how wonderful this company is. The people that run this shop are some of the best I have met. They have been servicing my vehicles for years now. I am currently back and fourth from Milwaukee to the cities and I always call them if I have a car question while I am far from home. They are always there to answer questions and always genuinely help me.My latest experience with them made me feel so grateful having this shop. I got my oil changed at an oil change fast place (I wish I would have made the time to drive to Chaska to have them do this in the first place). This other shop told me there were two things wrong with my car that would total $820 and that it was a major safety issue. Per usual, I called Rob and Gary instead and they said to bring the car to in to the shop, so I did. Turns out this other shop was completely wrong and the safety issue was complete bologna. Instead my repairs cost $200. Yet again, the wonderful people at Auto Pros saved me, fixed my car, and made me so grateful for their service. You CANNOT go wrong choosing this shop.

Chaska Auto Pros is excellent. I normally dread going to any auto repair or auto shops. The service I would get from other companies was uncomfortable and start need to up sell me beyond the service I would be getting.Chask Auto Pros is respectful, aim to educate me on what is needed and always provide their prospective on what the options are and the pros/cons of each very objectively. They will provide their recommendations but ultimately will allow you to make the decision. When our car was needing a lot of work, they did it and requested a follow up service to check their work.Chaska Auto Pros will continue to get my business and I appreciate the staff and service.

Excellent Service. Honest evaluations. Also, I had an issue with one of my vehicles where a competitor said it was an aging thing and could not be fixed. My vehicle was overheating. Mike and Gary figured out the problem and restored my car to working order. Im very happy with their service.

Brought my van in for some exhaust work. They completed the work quickly, and within their quote. Then we brought our car in for brake work and to check the transmission. We decided to have a rebuilt transmission installed. It was still shifting oddly, so they continued to work on it until it was perfect. The mechanics were wonderful! They kept us updated on what they were doing and offered a free loaner car.

Would never bring my car to that place again!Brought my car to see what was wrong with it, charger me $140 and didnt even figured out why it wasnt starting, I asked them to give me a estimate for the starter, they said just the part it self was 399. Brought it to another shop charger me 320 to change the starter with the labor. What a great place huh!?

We go to Auto Pros for all of our car repairs! My tire pressure light came on and they got me in on the same day! They are honest and well trained! Found a nail in my tire and patched it up! They got me in and out in 30 min! They are the best!

I had a great experience with Auto Pros services. I went there for replacement of both axle boots and for fixing my air condition. I was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming everybody was, how they communicated with me throughout the day while diagnosing the issues on my car and they got the job done the same day. Gary, the owner even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car there and picked me up from home after the repair was done. Price seemed reasonable to me but I didnt go anywhere else for a quote since Garys team has such good reviews on Google, and I have not been disappointed. We moved to the twin cities 6 years ago and were looking for an honest, dependable mechanic... we found someone we have really come to trust and value in Gary, Joe, Mike, and their team. When I had a problem with my new Toyota, I wanted Auto Pros to look at it before the dealer because I trust their word that much. They could have charged me quite a bit of money for the repairs but, after finding a tech note from Toyota that even the service dept at the dealer seemed unaware of, Joe advised me it would cost less to have the repairs covered under warranty. I was able to walk into the service dept with the tech note, which blew the service guy away! I don’t take my vehicles anywhere but to Auto Pros of Chaska!

Great experience!! Highly recommend.I recently replaced my tires with a different Service station in Chaska. This other station advised me I needed to replace my brakes soon. I actually scheduled the brake service with the other station and was turned off by how they treated me when I came to drop off my car... I cancelled my appointment and left.I found Auto Pros and was impressed with their reviews, so I took my car to them. Turns out my car did not need brakes... there was 90% of pad left on the front and 80% on the back!!!! I was very close to getting swindled!THANK YOU AUTO PROS!!

After being quoted over $700 from a different repair shop (on top of a $20+/day loaner car), I went to Auto Pros for a 2nd opinion, where I received a quote almost $250 less than the original. Not only was Gary very honest with me regarding the repairs I needed, he also let me know that a couple of the repairs I was originally told I needed, werent necessary at all. They were able to get my car in that same week, issued me a loaner car (at no expense), & got all of my repairs done in 1 day. The staff were very pleasant, & even had my car outside running for me when I went to pick it up. Im extremely pleased with the work they did, & I would definitely refer any of my friends and/or family to Auto Pros of Chaska!!

I always trust Gary and his team to give me a fair price and honest evaluation of my car. I recently brought my Jeep into a local dealer for a recall. They told me I had a leak in a hose that needed to be fixed right away. They were charging me $370+ for it. I called Auto Pros and they told me to bring it in to take a look at. They did not charge to look at it and tell me what the fix was and that it isnt urgent. Scheduled an appt with them to get the hose fixed and it cost me about $300 less than the dealer priced me.

Had the lower ball joint of my wifes truck snap in two causing the tire to go where it wanted to. Had the truck towed to Garys shop on a Saturday. Had to wait a few days because they think of there employees and close for the weekend so they can rest. There were able to take a look at it Monday before closing to give me a ball park cost. Called me the next morning with what needed to be changed. They did awesome work even cleaned off the fluid that leaked out on the engine. They had the work done by 2:30 Tuesday. I would not hesitate bringing my cars to Auto Pros in Chaska, I would recommend Gary and his crew to anyone I know needing auto work.

Auto Pros in Chaska is the best in the business! Honest opinions, honest prices.The front desk guys, and the mechanics, treat everyone like they are real people! They don’t talk down to you and they don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need (they don’t run out with an air filter every time I get my oil changed). They tell me when something is going to need to be done, but they also tell me how long I can get by in my vehicle’s current condition (they’ll tell me my brakes are getting worn, but I should be able to get by for two more oil changes).They’ve done all my maintenance and repairs, put the right tires on for the way I drive, checked over a used vehicle before I bought it, and they lend me a courtesy car when I need it! Service at it’s best!I’ve recommended them to a lot of friends who’ve thanked me for pointing them towards Auto Pros.
