Always been a fan of this laundromat. Clean, friendly staff and good working machines.Plus they never forced you to wear a mask throughout Covid like every other business in this area! 👍👍👍

Good machines, good owners. If there is ever a time when the staff has to touch my clean clothes in a dryer, I expect them to be using proper PPE. Mask and gloves if someone is going to touch clean clothes while in a pandemic. Otherwise great place and nice people.

Great Laundromat, awesome staff! Always clean and kept up with. Place for your kids to play and keep busy. Highly recommend. Have been going here for years and wouldn’t go to any other laundromat in the area!! 👍🏼❤️

I drive out of my way to come here because the machines are always clean and the staff is always so helpful when I come in it feels almost like family. I would highly suggest if you need anything washed you go see them!

I go here often for cleaning and drying bedding and such since I cant fit them in my washer and dryer. This place was also really great for when my washer broke down. Its only about $7.75 for a 50 lb wash cycle that only takes 19 minutes!!

Place is terrible now that the owners have changed. Destroyed half my clothes with big nasty grease stains. Go elsewhere.

Best laundromat in the area! Great 19 minute washers and the best dryers that dry quickly on only medium heat. Service is very good Jessie is great and always very helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a very friendly place to bring your laundry someone is always there willing to help you. Very clean and you can do your laundry and be in-and-out in under an hour. The prices are really cheap also everywhere else I went it cost at least $3 more per wash and with the new machines the dry time is less. Highly recommend trying out Charlton laundromat. The staff goes above and beyond!!!

My name is Linda Senecal and I have been going to Charlton Laundry since they opened. They are the hardest workers! They do such a wonderful job on your drop offs and they have a great price also. I have to give a special Kudos to Jessie! They always come home smelling and looking so clean. My husband could tell that it hasn’t been me doing the laundry (lol)! If you decide to do it yourself, their is a comfortable couch and a great T.V. You can lounge around while waiting. If you decide to do pick up, they are always ready when they tell you. Charlton Laundry is definitely the #1 Laundromat in the state of MA❣️

Im changing my rate because recently it must have changed hands. The place seems kind of dirty. The machines used to be clean the floors used to be clean and the bathroom looks like it belongs in a male dorm Room and smells like it. I feel like if this place is going to continue to look like this . Im gonna stop coming here. I drive all the way from Southbridge because the laundromats are absolutely disgusting in Southbridge.
