My husband and I, along with our little pup, stayed at the Tree House all of Feb 2021. It was the perfect spot to relax for a month, away from cold Illinois. We were not sure if the spiral staircase would be an issue for our pup, but she managed the stairs just fine. We found the Tree House to be clean and cozy, with plenty of linens, towels, and fluffy pillows. The master king bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed for our months stay. My husband and I each had our own bathroom upstairs which was very nice. The deck swing was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. We enjoyed having a view of the ocean, and the beach was only steps away. We loved our stay at the Tree House so much that we will be returning February 2022!

The house we rented in Sun Valley through Natural Retreats was great! Further, the staff was extremely helpful and professional -- both during the search process and our entire stay. We had a few minor issues (e.g., had trouble getting fireplace started); however, they were very responsive and addressed the issue right away... even following up to make sure we were happy. We would definitely use Natural Retreats again when planning another vacation.

We rented house San.gri.la in Cape San Blas. Had an amazing trip. Beautiful property, clean, and amazing location right on the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub during the month of February. The multiple bedrooms and bunk beds were great for the kids. We will use Natural retreats and property in the future. Thanks for a great vacation.

We had a lovely stay in a Natural Retreats home. My only criticism is once youve booked, they need to let you know what day-to-day supplies you might need. We were there for a weeks stay and each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper allotted. Since we drove, we easily couldve brought our own, plus cooking supplies (spices, oil, etc. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. But no coffee filters.). Location was great and so was communication. Plus, $250 towards a kayak rental was good, too, though that doesnt cover delivery or insurance. Well be back!

We had an enjoyable stay in the quaint and quiet Brother’s Cove cabin in Sevierville, TN. Thank you Natural Retreats for making it a breeze to come and go. Excellent communication!

We rented a house in Vail Valley Colorado.( Beaver Creek). The home was brand new and never lived in. The home was beautiful and spotless.We did have a couple issues with the home itself. Natural Retreats, specifically Lisa and Heidi, were very attentive and responsive to getting the issues resolved.I would use their service again.

I have stayed at two homes run by Natural Retreats - one in Florida and one in TN and both were absolutely phenomenal! Both were exactly as pictured as online, very clean and so so fun for our family. I highly recommend NR and will definitely use them first when Im booking another location.

We had a great time, the cabin was beautiful and well kept. The management was informative and accessible but not intrusive.

Blue dolphin in Cape San Blas has an amazing view without the beach front price tag! This is due to a house that was damaged in the hurricane being torn down so I’m sure it will eventually be rebuild.You can have sand on your toes in about 2 minutes. Easy to walk back and grab something from the house from the beach. The pool was a bit cold still in midApril but we got in a few time for the kids! The open concept kitchen and living room is very nicely updated and has enough space to hang out on any rainy days. The rest of the inside looks a bit dated in pics but very well taken care of and comfortable.Make sure to check out at joe shrimp and peachys!You just can’t beat the view and proximity to beach for the price!

This was a wonderful place in a wonderful location! Wouldnt have changed anything. The condo had EVERYTHING you would ever need and was a short 2 minute walk to the gondola.

This is a perfectly DELIGHTFUL, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well appointed cottage in a lovely part of Virginia. The firepit, master soaking tub, and gardens were extras that made the environment really nice. I highly recommend it! The market next door is great for sandwiches, coffee, and wine, and the indoor hot tub is an added bonus (I enjoyed it in pre-covid times).

Great place to stay with plenty of room for a large party of people. Quick and easy access to Pigeon Forge.

I truly loved working with Natural Retreats when we rented our vacation home on Fripp Island, SC. Every question we had was answered right away. Even when we had issues with our golf cart, it was immediately remedied with a replacement at not cost to us! Our agent Kristin took care of everything for us and as a result we have a fabulous vacation!thank you Natural Retreats!

Natural Retreats took over Seaside Getaways sometime after the summer of 2015. I was surprised to see the hometown Beaufort, SC. folks including Greta Maddox and her team was replaced by a call center in Charlottesville, VA. In my opinion, with the acquisition, died the customer service, responsiveness, and expectations for fair business negotiations. The slow responses are documented in email exchange. I first inquired about their company on March 28th, with Nicole finally responding on April 7th. After searching through the new website, I emailed confirming interest in a property on April 13th; again it took over a week and heard back finally on Thursday, April 21st. After several more exchanges on the same day, it was stated to me “Veranda Views is available from July 16 through the month of August. Any two weeks you prefer!” After verify and coordinating schedules over the weekend, I confirmed one business day later, Monday, April 25th, the two weeks starting July 16th is be perfect. I received the following response “Veranda Views booked yesterday from July 23 – July 30.” I ask myself how would a respectable company that is actively engaged in negotiating with one person choose to book the property without even the decency of sending notice of calling my cellphone to confirm my interest. If this is how this company operates before they have my check, then I’m happy I won’t be doing business with them.
