My mom lives in low income Senior housing in Crozet, Va. The call buttons Dont work.. the washers and dryers dont work, the door locks are faulty..The residents arent allowed to have screen doors to keep out the bugs.. there is no hose to water a garden or simple flowers.. and worse the carpeting is old and needs to be replaced because of mildew.Its a crock that their website touts opportunity or concern for anyone, much less the elderly. The management is either not paid well or simply doesnt care. Its a disgrace that Seniors have to wait or keep bugging the office for maintenance fixes. Piedmont Housing- you can do better.

I bn without a working A/C since April and they still havent fixed it. And one of my neighbors is dealing with the same problem. They got to realize that people are in bad health here. They dont care about us they just want the rent money. They said the part supposed to come in last week and then they said today still nothing. Let them roast in the heat.

Well, where is everybody? I live in one of the alliance apartments and I guess because of the virus nobody is home when you try to contact them. A lot of us have called and left messages and nothing, no answer, no acknowledgement that they heard the message. I like where I live except for the management attitude at times, even though it changed yet again in my 2 1/2 years, its not better. They are supposed to transit the smoking policy from indoor to outdoor, I have no idea if its being applied because nobody talks to me, all I know is that the person downstairs from me continues to smoke in their place and it affects me badly. Can someone please do something about this? thank you.
