Great place to return to AMAZON easily! I have been shipping packages from here for YEARS via UPS and US mail, i buy forever stamps here too since its less crowded than the post office and they will pack stuff too. They are located on the left END of the row of shops. I prefer to use a LOCALLY-owned package store where I see Joel & Jeff. I have also sent faxes from here.They annually do preventative maintenance and upgrade my laptop (computer geeks) and installed a new operating system for me.

Those guys are great!! They are my go to for UPS FedEx and on occasion DHL. Thanks for staying open during this craziness!!

I watched the gentleman behind the counter treat a customer with utter disrespect, as if the customer was bothering him by simply asking for him to scan his package and give him a receipt. Something that is common practice in all other shipping stores. Disgraceful! I will never return.

Very poor service, staffs were rude and they would not explain it to you by charging you a fee that is WAY MUCH higher than you can get from a ups store. I was only given a tracking number and the shipping time was also longer than they told me. I was not even able to change my delivery option with only a single tracking ID. Exhausted:(

They refuse to give a receipt for a prepaid package with a label...just throw your valuable package in a bin and hope nobody steals it before the UPS or FedEx driver gets there.

Both men at Package Depot are always friendly, helpful, and fast. I prefer dropping all my packages (UPS, FedEx, USPS) there for great service.

ATTENTION FOLKS!!! THIS IS NOT A UPS STORE. Its a third party. Check this out. I asked a foreign friend to ship a box of stuff for me, and they charged her $110!! I called UPS customer service afterwards and they told me normally it should be under 30 bucks if I go directly to a real UPS store. I then called this FAKE UPS store. Guess what he said? Theres no way we can refund you cuz the money would come out of our pocket directly. Also, if youd love to try some really bad customer service, go there. Nice job, as*hole! Hope you can sleep tight at night with those money.

Avoid this place! The guy is rude and the price is higher than official UPS/USPS. He actually asked me to leave and didnt want to argue the price with me. Bad customer service. Go to USPS or UPS store to save yourself $.

Very rude - over-charges for all shipping and postage. Store clerk even claimed I dont know what the price of a Forever Stamp is, after giving a different, arbitrary price for a book of stamps over multiple visits.
