DO NOT bother calling - especially if you have an emergency. If you dont have an account, they cant dispatch anyone without an accountso why offer emergency repair.. its not like we KNEW we were going to need it. Even when we have an account with another of our locations.. because THIS address was not in their system, they do nothing.
