No one wants to admit they have pests in their home but when you find some call these guys. They will take care of you. Responsive, available, honest, and it comes with a fair price.

I wanted a local company to do my pest control. I was surprised when I received a letter from American Pest. I had no had not heard of them before. This letter never mentioned anything about Intrastate. It also included mention of a 15% price increase on services.Very poor way for an introduction; no notice! They sent a young man, who was very polite, to do the pest inspection. I sent him away, explaining why I was ending my service.

WORST Pest Control Company you could ever go with!!!! If I could I would give them ZERO stars. I do not advise them at all!!! They came over with out my knowledge, left and charged me anyways. The bugs never went away and they have the worst customer service you could possibly ask for. I hope they dont get anymore service or clients. This has been nothing but a headache for me since day 1 with Intrastate. This process has been completely stressful and shouldnt have been. Whatever you do dont go with Intrastate, they have you sign a year contract that I wasnt even aware of! Getting off the contract is a hassle and a cancelation fee of $250!!

More affordable than most pest control!

I tired the platinum service for two years. It is very expensive (a few $150 invoices per year). I have less mosquitos than normal, but not by much. No effect on spiders and ants. I feel it is too much money for the benefits I received

Fool me once...Ok, we have had an agreement with this company for about 3 years. Everytime they spray, every critter in the neighborhood comes into the house. Our bug problem becomes exponential in the house. We complain, they send someone out and they spray again. We have had it...It was explained to us that the chemicals they use make the bugs (thirsty) and they look for water. Well its time to change your formula, we hired you to eliminate the problem not herd them into the house!!! Done with you...

As a REALTOR, I highly recommend Intrastate Service Co to my clients. Its a one stop shop for well, septic and termite inspections. They can usually get my clients in quickly and are always professional.

Called and talked to owner about bird nest in bathroom vent - said someone would be out between 1 and 4 this afternoon. 4 came with no word, called and was told he was running behind. Christine said he would be here by 4:30 and no show, no word. Christine acted like not a big deal. Problems happen and schedules slip, but common courtesy to let customer know. This is indication of service - will not reward a business like this with my money.

We needed a termite inspection done for a mortgage loan refinance. Intrastate came the next day. They were fast,efficient and friendly.

Im a property manager of 10 years and Ive used Intrastate for both business and my home. Always been very responsive and upfront about treatment options and cost. Great experience and would recommend.

Valley Termite and Pest Control is a joke of a company. They managed to miss three large infestations of termites in a home. Another company came to the house and stated that under no circumstances should the termites have been missed. The infestations had been present for several years. Never use Intrastate or Valley Termite and Pest Control.

Super not happy with them. Their employees are rude, and when they did a heat treatment of our home they damaged my room mates laptop. I understand that per the contract, they are not responsible for any damage. However, THEY moved the laptop OUT OF A BEDROOM AND TO THE KITCHEN SINK, for whatever reason. They then used our sink to run water into their machines, and got water ALL OVER THE LAPTOP. Also, good luck trying to schedule an inspection. Apparently only a manager can do that. Trouble is the managers are always busy doing something else. Not timely, not professional, and rude. Go to Dodson.

I have used Intrastate for my personal residence for bugs, mice and recently a small possible mold problem in my basement. The recent experience with the mold was fantastic. They came out, evaluated the problem, gave me a price and did the work completely the day they promised.I would never personal try to solve a mold problem, large or small, and it is great that we have such a good solutions with Intrastate.

Great company to have work performed! I have had Robbie do so many jobs for me and he has always been responsive to my questions and needs, and has always showed the upmost professionalism.

After this company was recommended to me by a friend, I had them come out to house to give me an opinion on the problem and a quote. They showed up on time and were very helpful with their assessment and recommendations. That is where everything fell apart. It took them 3-4 weeks to get me a quote (this was after repeated phone calls) and then, after a follow up on my part, they never returned my phone calls asking for the work to be done.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They have been coming to My apt since September for roaches because my neighbors apt has an infestation it’s December and its worsening the service sucks and doesn’t work for any pest just a waste of time and money

Had bed bugs,called ripoffstate,had 30 day guarantee,called ripoffstate before the guarantee was up and was told it was just a sick bug not to worry but we still had bugs after 30 days and ripoffstate refused to make it right,now Im out 700.00 dollars for nothing and still have bugs.Call anyone but ripoffstate...

They did not return my request for service.

There is a pre existing pest problem going on in my apt building that showed up in my apt. I had property mngmt send them to inspect. They did not introduce who they were when I let them in. He didnot ask what I saw, when I saw it, where I saw it or anything. Not anything. He assumed where to check. Spent 5 minutes in that assumed location and went out the door to leave. I had to flag him down to see how it went. Very unprofessional and insufficient. Not very knowlegeable. I really think they just dont care. Would not reccomand them. Please note I am speaking of Intrastate Pest Control in Charlottesville Va.

If you have roaches dont call interstate.$198.00 charge .still bad worse than before i called. Bad service
