I am a customer/patient at the Charlottesville office and have been for a while. I have to say that staff is wonderful, especially Shannon and Dan. I work mainly with Shannon and what a true joy it is. She is very knowledgable and answers any questions thrown her way. If there is a problemwith the prosthetc, she will work very hard to remedy the problem...no matter how long it takes. She is truly a very caring individual. I have no complaints with this company and would recommended them to everyone. Thanx so very much.

Called to get diabetic inserts and replacement work shoes covered by my insurance, got them last year. Inserts were needing to be replaced, so I called to make an appointment, was reminded I needed to have my PCP to reveiew and look at my feet which I waited 4 weeks to get PCP exam, was called the next day by Virginia Prosthetics and was told they no longer accept my medicare insurance on April 1, I wasted all this time with an appointment that someone should have told me about . I called my foot doctor and he is now providing this service, which is great, but poor communication from Virginia Prosthetics

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the technician when he noticed the brace was broken. He asked me how I walked up stairs. He was able to determine that I was not walking properly. There was a second technician present in training and, together, they made me feel very comfortable.

Great place and they know their business.
