Courteous Professional Service something rarely experienced in todays service industry.

Came in for just a state inspection. Walked in with no appointment and my truck was ready within an hour. The techs gave me estimates on some semi-routine maintenance and the inspection was free as a first time customer.

Took my car in for state inspection. Did it quickly and were very professional.

Richard at the front desk was kind, he remembered my car from a previous check up and did his job to make sure i was seen in a timely manner. I complained of a noise and he hopped in the car with me to see what i was talking about. He was patient and knowledgeable when explaining how much the repairs would cost, he took the extra time to compare prices with me, and just stayed really friendly through all of it. I would go here again, and it was a good experience.

One of the slowest paced car services I’ve ever been to. We spent a total 11.5 hours over the course of 2 days here just waiting. Our first visit was for a simple car inspection that took 7.5 hours! We were given an appointment for the next morning at 7:30am to replace a hose for it to pass inspection. The price and estimated time was $150 and 1 hour. We waited 4 hours for them to only clean up around the hose and tighten it. Something we could have easily done ourselves. They only charged us $50, but were told the night before that the hose would be replaced for $150. We also asked for a belt to be replaced while they were replacing the hose, but both NEVER happened. The only decent thing here were the comfy chairs in the waiting room... I would not recommend Quick Lanes to anyone and will not be returning.

They were nice but got oil on my steering wheel and on my window other than that it was like a hour and a half

Needed to get brake pads while visiting family and Quick Lane was just wonderful. Such friendly staff, Courtesy shuttle, driven by Cindy, took me home and picked me up when car was ready!! Wow!! The cost for an oil change, front brake pads installed, washer blades replaced, all fluids checked and filled as necessary. I will recommend this company and Carey, the coordinator for service. All AAA service! Could not be happier with them!

I had a problem with how my car was serviced at quick lane. I called the manager and he fixed everything for me. What a nice gentleman.

Tire blew today on 29 and I pulled immediately into Quick Lane. They said a tire had to come over from another location. I asked how long and was told”shortly”. 1 1/2 hours later I asked how much longer and was told the tire hadn’t even gotten there yet as the guy had gone to Orange for a delivery. I was mad at myself for not being more direct about how long I would wait. I asked them to just put the spare on and I would pay. He did kindly say I wouldn’t have to pay for that, but it took another 35 minutes to do that and a woman finally said she would go check on it.....so frustrating. Will not go back.

Prompt and efficient! They repaired my a/c and changed my oil :)

I NEVER feel as though I am being taken advantage of here. They sometimes recommend work that needs to be done, but never insist on doing it right then; they often give a guideline (like, You could really wait until winter to replace this axle boot). Even the front desk guy is very knowledgeable about cars.

After trying many other places and not being happy with the pricing or service, I can now say this will be my go to place for oil changes. For about $40 you can get an oil change, tire rotation, fluid topoff, and inspection! I spent about an hour here getting there right when they opened. They take all kinds of cars so come here if youre looking for great service at a great price!

Overall, they do decent quality work, but they are way overpriced for what they do. Went in just to get something checked out, and they charged me $100 just to look. They didnt make the repairs (which would have cost me another $200)

I had a break down on the road, in an area of the country I knew no one. Some mechanics might take advantage of that, but this shop did not. They were prompt and polite, got me back on the road quicker than I hoped, and for far more reasonable a price than I hoped. I am truly grateful for their work. Thank you all so much! You easedmy stress level a ton.

Shout out to Cole, the manager at Quick Lane. What a professional! So knowledgable. I dont take my car anywhere else because I know he is honest, trustworthy and my car is in good hands. He always treats me with respect and kindness. I suggested my daughter get her tires at Quick Lane. I did and like always I got a good deal and quality work, but she chose Merchants on Rio because they had a deal on tires. What a total daymare! Very sad and regrettable experience. Charged for service not rendered. Her car left the lot worse off than it arrived. Take my word for it, you will receive great service from Quick Lane and they do so much more than oil changes.

I recommend a friend to Quick Lane and this was her response about her experience.(1) Shuttle cannot bring me home(2) I had called and left a voicemail and did not get a call back so on the way home I stopped by(3) I am disappointed that no one called me to let know what was going on.

Customer service was not very friendly; they were more focused on processing you through than they were on treating you as a valued customer/person. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened and there was already a 2.5 hour wait to get my car inspected. When they inspected it, they neglected to address the tire pressure warning light, so now I have to go get that checked out elsewhere. I will not be going back because it took far too long to process my simple inspection, and they didnt seem to take any care for me or my car when doing that.

Love the service but hard to communicate with people over the phone, its almost impossible to get people on phone. They have always coupon for half off state inspection, take an advantage of it!
