We had Ambassador provide us two large buses and a drive-away vehicle for our wedding and they did such an amazing job. The day of they were on-time, excellent customer service, and got all of our guests safely to and from the venue! The best part was the service we were provided from the beginning. Keith and staff made it so easy to book everything, always were sure to follow up with us, and even with us having to change the hotel the day before the wedding, they were able to quickly changes plans and made it as painless as possible!!!Cant recommend them enough!

About a month ago, I was at a wedding in the Charlottesville/Devils Backbone region. Ambassador Limousine was hired for the job. I got so drunk, I left my Yeti cooler in the back of the van after the driver, Ricky, was so nice to look after it for me. My buddy also left his cell phone.With the help of Ambassador Limousine, not only did my buddy find his cell phone in the van, they went out of their way to MAIL me my Yeti cooler with the booze not only still inside, they replaced it with a fresh handle of Titos and a personal bottle. Way unnecessary!Customer Service like this is hard to find these days outside of a Chick-fil-A! I am impressed, and hope that you will use this service when you are in Charlottesville!

We used Ambassador Limousine for our wedding to transport the bridal party around on the day of. Communication beforehand was easy - they responded quickly and answered all of my questions! We thoroughly enjoyed the 14-passenger bus and our driver was fantastic. A great experience - thanks again!

We used this service in March for my sisters bachelorette weekend to do our wine tour. They were very easy to work with and one of the cheapest I could find in the area, especially for the types of limos they offer! We had the 12 pass. transit limo and it was very nice and perfect for our group! They driver was very friendly, professional, and punctual and seemed knowledgeable about the wineries in the area. Definitely recommend this service/would use them again!

Great service from start to finish! The team at Ambassador Limo were kind, professional, responsive, and prompt. We had a lot of questions and some adjustments to make leading up to our wedding, and they were totally flexible with us. UPDATE!Since my last review, this company addressed the issues raised.Black cars are black & their buses are also clean!Looks Matter!Good job AMB!The black cars that Ive seen need exterior attention.Almost always dull,not glossy and the buses speak for themselves.

Ambassador Limousine saved me when my other bus company canceled last minute! A 55 person motor coach, 25 person mini-bus, and 6 person black car made transporting our guests and bridal party to our country wedding from Charlottesville a BREEZE. They were professional, helpful, and flexible -- Keith was a great help, and the drivers were fun, safe and pleasant!
