Great customer service! Called because my Husqvarna chainsaw was not working properly, and Husqvarna told me to contact Piedmont Power. They provided helpful info on the phone, and we the chainsaw was still not working I brought it in. They were able to fix in minutes and because it was really quick, they didn’t charge for the service. Needless to say I will be making Piedmont Power my power motor store!
Went to get a riding mower and thought it would cost me $3,000 of dollars. Talked with Tim Taylor and we did some brainstorming. We came up with a mowing system that cost me $1,400. Very knowledgeable and nice.
An excellent sales and repair facility. I have had them repair my zero turn mower and various small power tools for many years. My friend and his wife bought a 52 inch Scag Zero turn from them several years ago, and they are also very pleased with their sales and follow up service.
Went in for mower repair and cant say enough good things about the great communication and good work they did on my old and abused mower.
Update 2021: After years of great service things have gone south. Nobody at this location can keep an appointment to pick up a mower and nobody can be bothered to return a phone call. At this time I can no longer recommend this business because of their abysmal customer service.Prior review:In 2017 I bought a zero turn mower from Piedmont. The buying process was simple, straightforward and painless and the mower does great on my 3 acre hilly property. Early on the mower had an issue with a piece of fabric rapped around one of the blades. Even though it was not a defect of the mower, Piedmont fixed it at no cost. Since then theyve also fixed a grass clogged fuel injector (my own doing, at my expense), and completed annual maintenance. Brad in service has been outstanding and he always seems happy to help and gets the mower repairs/maintenance done in a reasonable amount of time. The price on repairs with pickup/drop off is also very reasonable and convenient since I have no way to transport the mower into the shop. Id definitely recommend Piedmont Power, and I love my Kubota zero turn.
Their products are great (Scag, Redmax and Echo) and their service is solid too. They take care of their commercial folks (as they should!) and Ive had a good experience with them for the last several years. Thanks guys!

Sold me a machine that was broke before we could even use it and refused to replace it instead they wanted to take a “couple days” to repair it, even though they denied it was broken. Very rude, called the police and had us removed because we didn’t want to pay for a broken machine. Actually did us a favor because not only did we get our machine fixed by real professionals but the other machine we had in the shop was replaced with a brand new machine at no cost by a real company that understands customer service. Oh and there was something wrong with the machine and the professionals at the other company made it right in one day.
Went in a week ago to pick up a broken spring covered under warranty, they gave me a part that didnt even fit the mower and made me buy the correct part. They blamed SCAG for covering the wrong part and didnt want to help fix the problem saying I dont know, I dont work for SCAG.Update: Went in again a few weeks ago for another issue on a mower. Instead of leaving the mower with them for a couple weeks so they can diagnose and give us a solution like other shops, they told us what was wrong on the spot and fixed it under warranty in about 5 minutes.
