I purchased carpet from them. Brad followed up when he said he would. The carpet arrived when he said it would (I had a tight timeline). The installers arrived when they said they would, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with lots of flooring companies and contractors and it’s hard to find good ones.
