We had a kitten that had an accident. Greenbrier emergency was the only place around us that responded quickly that night and got us in. (Even with curbside, things were not delayed). They told us the charges up front, gave us all of our options on the phone before we arrived, and didn’t have any surprise fees. We had to put our sweet girl down, but the whole staff was so kind and professional. The vet was amazing and I could tell she loves animals so much. They handled the whole situation well and helped us make the right decision and promptly relieve our kitten. They gave us a free clay pawprint and one vet assistant made us a lovely ink print of her paw on cardstock. Their kindness was honestly the only thing keeping me from absolutely losing it that night. About a week later, we got a very sweet, handwritten condolence card. Thank you to this emergency vet office for getting us through one of the hardest nights of our lives.
After a weekend of too much playing at my parents farm (more than I knew apparently), my boy Otto was exhausted and very sore. I was so worried he had done something serious and brought him to Greenbrier. He was fine but Dr. Johnston took the time to talk to me about any concerns I could have. I was happy to pay the emergency vet bill to be told everything was OK and he overdid it but truly appreciated Dr. Johnston and staff for being so kind and attentive to a paranoid dog mom like me.
Thank you so much to the team who took the time to help and care for my girl Lilly who was really sick and also explaining to me the options. Thank you for being so kind when I just wanted the best for my Lilly who we will miss dearly! Thank you for being there for her to put her at ease. ❤️😭
I just called them because a skunk got caught in a trap that I had set up and I didnt know how to release it without hurting it or getting sprayed. Cause you know not trying to hurt wildlife. Lady first off when she answered just said hello and didnt even say if it was the vets office When I asked she said yes. I started explaining what was going on and she just hung up and said nothing. If you couldnt help then just say so. Guess ill try to let it out myself without hurting it. Rude receptionist
Our beloved family pet Drum had passed away in the car before we could have him seen. The staff their were caring and kind. I thank them for their service. Our family had nowhere to turn for his care because of it being after hours and the weekend. We so thankful they were there.
Thank you for making my dog comfortable and taking the time to discuss all options in a super stressful time. I don’t think my dog would be alive if it hadn’t been for your overnight staff, vet techs and doctors. She was in so much pain when arriving but the morning staff and staff at the transferring location said she was comfortable and quiet. I can’t say how much relief I felt to know that.
We had a very sick puppy who had been seen 2 days before by our vet. His condition was deteriorating. Our dog was seen on an extremely busy holiday weekend. The staff showed care and concern about our dog’s health and our wait time. We were communicated with hourly about what was happening. I was beside myself with worry, and the staff along with Dr. Johnson alleviated my fears. Our puppy made a recovery finally. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Hands down the best ER vet I have been to!! They were VERY quick to welcome, diagnose, and treat my dog. The vet herself was so professional and friendly; she took the time to answer all of my questions. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient with the aftercare instructions. It’s an hour long drive but I wouldnt want to take my dog anywhere else! Can’t recommend them enough!
Thank you very much, really thank you for the attention to my little Nina. after waiting 2h in Manassas in Medvet without them doing anything, you guys were amazing giving my dog pain medicine immediately and such a clean and perfect surgery at half the price of Medvet. I will be grateful all my life with you. thank you for taking care of my non-human daughter. because she like my daughters is my family
Called Early Morning With Lethargic 6 Month Old Pup Mentioned It Seemed Like Parvo First Thing Out Of The Receptionist Mouth Was It Could Cost Up To 5000 Dollars To Treat For Parvo Not Please Bring Him In So We Can Save His Life And Discuss Financial Stuff Afterwards Just Shows That They Are All About The Money And Not Family Pet Thankfully After 2200 Dollars He’s Being Treated In Harrisonburg And Well On His Way To Recovery With No Parvo Thank Jesus Next Time Have Some Compassion For The Person On The Verge Of Losing Their Loved One (Pet) Ill Never Recommend This Place To Anyone
Greenbrier Emergency Vet recently provided my kitty with the best care! She was seen quickly, and I was constantly keep up to date on her condition during her weekend stay - twice daily calls from the vet and the ability to call to check in whenever I wanted definitely made a nerve-racking situation so much easier to deal with. The staff seemed to truly care about my kitty, and she was returned to me in such high spirits. The vets helped me to make informed decisions about her care without ever pushing for specific procedures, and I was provided with detailed instructions to continue my cats care at home upon discharge. I was even able to call with questions days later without being made to feel like a nuisance. If you find your pet in need of emergency care, I cannon recommend Greenbrier highly enough!
My Spanish rescue dog has a complicated history of persistent tick borne disease, leishmaniasis, and lymphoma, and is prone to aspiration pneumonia as a result. So when I was visiting my sister in the area from out of town and she developed symptoms in the middle of the night, I was so grateful to have them see my dog and be completely open to which tests and diagnostics I was willing to perform (I only wanted a chest x-ray as complete blood work had been done at my regular vet the previous month). The vet on staff did not push me to perform unnecessary tests despite seeing her acute status when she entered the clinic, and trusted my account of her past history and the chronicity of her condition. After a quick discussion about past treatments for the same condition, she was given fluids and prescribed the appropriate antibiotics and has since made a full recovery from the pneumonia for the time being. The cost for treatment seemed very consistent with any emergency vet I have visited between the Columbus to Pittsburgh area back home. I was very grateful to find such a great team of people on such short notice- it really helped to alleviate the stress of the situation of experiencing an emergency in the middle of the night while out of town. Everyone I encountered at this visit was very professional and kind- they even followed up with an email a couple weeks later asking how she was doing.
I paid $1,300 for them to tell me my cat needed to rest for a week. They did give her some pain medicine but when I called back later to ask about upping the dose when she was in pain again they wouldnt tell me anything unless I came in again. I dont care what their protocol is. You should be able to talk to someone particula rly if the prescription you got is from them. There is no vet that would see a patient and not let you talk to them again over the phone. Its not a secret. I can find answer online but I really wanted to talk t someone. Its very scary when your cat is in pain but Not everyone has access to get there and not everyone can afford that kind of bill again.
Our beloved dog Callie had to be euthanized today. We could not wait for her regular vet to be open in 2 days. The staff at Greenbrier, the vet Dr. Ware, and the owner Tripp Stewart provided such compassionate care. They were kind and patient and so gentle to our sweet girl. We felt so well-cared for during a very difficult time. If you find yourself in an emergency with your pet, this is an excellent practice to turn to for help.
Brought our Cane Corso in after she swallowed a fish hook. The Doctor and staff were very nice great with the update of her surgery! Thank you so much for seeing our Zina.
Dr. Johnston provided prompt and effective care to my kitty who was having seizures. Kept me informed about his status and gave clear guidance for medication and follow up. Thank you
We are on our way home at almost 2 am, after having our sweet Birdie euthanized. We arrived home a few hours ago, to find her in bad shape. We wrapped her in a towel and drove to Greenbrier. They answered our call promptly and came out right away to assist. Every person we spoke with was kind, caring and supportive. I was afraid we would not be able to be with Birdie during her final moments, but after a Covid questionnaire (completely understandable), we were allowed inside to be with our cat when she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The care and compassion was on point and the cost was reasonable too. Thank you all for being there for us tonight.
Our June Bug was hit by a car and they were so nice and understanding on the phone. Sadly on the way she passed away but we didn’t know that they took her inside and check for us and they were so kind they gave us a very nice box and a beautiful paw print that I love very much!! Tonight I went to check the mail and got a beautiful card from everyone there which just meant the world to me!!!!! Love this place and thank you!! You guys rock!!!!
We brought our 11.5 yr. old dog here because she was unable to stand and had a distended stomach. Unfortunately we had to put her down due to cancer. The Veterinarian and techs were so compassionate and professional. To my surprise, a week later we got a sympathy card with personal messages from the entire staff. I cant thank them enough at a difficult time.
No one wants to let go of a beloved pet.I...found the staff and Vet to be kind, and compassionate. Henry is over the rainbow bridge, and chasing a mouse. Thank you all.
Greenbrier was incredible from the beginning to the end of our time there. When we made the appointment they were so polite and informative when we brought our puppy in because she had head trauma. They made us feel so comfortable (letting us call all throughout the night and even calling us with updates). So happy you guys took care of our baby in such a scary time. Thank you guys so much.
I called while having a crying/panic attack about my cat and the person who answered and helped me was an absolute angel. It’s hard to find kindness and light during these times but and she was both. Thank you so much.
I brought my dog Matty in around 2 am Sunday morning. From the second the receptionist w a beautiful accent answered the phone until the second we left was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! EVERYONE there from the receptionist, the nurse who came n got matty to the doctor that examined him were so very gracious and thorough! Pricing was great ! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ! Thanks again 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I brought my dog their in sheer panic after shed but vitteby by a copperhead. They were positive, communicative and kind. I only drop them a star because after services because l left I was presented with a $690 bill to pay right then. Fortunately I could swing it but hearing, we will take your card now was startling when I wasnt warned and assumed Id be billed. Worth it though to have my dog healthy and a good clinic hell her.
They were willing to see us though every vet I had called (15) were too busy. When I called the Verona emergency vet to discuss my pup and questioned prices I was snottily told “well since money is an issue we could just treat symptoms and not try to diagnose” I can’t imagine what person doesn’t have some restrictions on cost. They were clear and discussed the prices, options, and plans here. I’m very frustrated because the prices are way more than I expected (this could be due to it being Charlottesville, I’m from Lynchburg originally and our emergency bills were much lower, and our normal vet in Waynesboro is as well), and I don’t have any concrete answers. I’m aware I’m emotionally raw and this is by no fault of their making, they did try. However if you don’t look at cost, I can’t say enough about their kindness, patience, professionalism, and dedication. They allowed me to call and check on her through the night and never sounded irritated. There was never a surprise except a fever that wasn’t reported till the next morning. That’s important, to feel you understand what’s happening.
I had many visits here over many years of pet ownership. Last night my son had a terrible experience in another city with an emergency vet (waited 4 hours and cat was never seen). Charlottesville is lucky to have such a facility.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped my Yorkie out in a very short period of time. Gave me step by step instructions on her recovery and she was back to normal in a matter of days
Fast, competent, and compassionate service. The best emergency vet hospital in Charlottesville.
We had a disastrous/deadly accident with our kitten Elvie on New Years Day with Greenbrier being the only place that we knew that was open. The staff wasted no time getting to work on our kitten and the demeanor of the front desk was awesome. Obviously being a mess, I called every two hours until release and never at any point even being an emergency vet did anyone get annoyed with me or spare me any details. Bedside manner in these situations is SO critical when you dont know what is happening and it made an already horrible situation a lot more easy to deal with.
These people killed my poor cat, Hugo. He was having an asthma attack, something I didnt know was dangerous, thought they did. Instead of helping his breathing return to normal, they attempted to take blood from and do a scan on my poor, frightened cat. I believer that his fear, combined with his already shallow breathing, forced him to hyperventilate, causing him to vomit the contents of his stomach, which eventually found its way into his lungs. I basically paid them nearly $500 to kill the animal I loved. He was three. Im filing a complaint with the state of Virginia. There are other places you can take your cat if there is an emergency.
Had to take my pupper to be evaluated further and they seam really pushy on surgery and everything in gods earth that costs ridiculous amounts but still havent gotten and real reason as to why surgery is the best option when they say the issues are getting better and they havent found anything for certain I dont want my dog used for exploratory surgery if she doesnt NEED it but they sure want the money.. EDIT it took VETSS on airport rd less than an hour to FINALLYtell us whats wrong with her and it diddnt cost 2,000$ this place is definitely not worth your time
Truly kind and compassionate Care ! I would highly recommend their services. These wonderful professionals brought my dog back from within inches of her life I am truly grateful. My new go-to in Charlottesville for emergency vet services. My special 💓 thanks to the wonderful staff at this clinic !
On Christmas Eve my husband and I had to take our greyhound Jaws in for never-ending vomiting. Turns out he had pancreatitis. We’d had some limited experiences with this office before (which were all great) but this visit really confirmed that this place is where you want to go with a serious pet-related problem. Dr. Johnson and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful helping us resolve our dog’s issue and let us call and check up on Jaws as much as we wanted (which was a lot). Our doggie ended up staying overnight but we were able to have him back feeling better on Christmas Day. This office is a bit of a hike for us (we live about an hour away) but I’m so thankful we can turn to them when we need to. And having them next door to the specialist office is great too in the event that additional care is needed. Thanks so much for getting our boy back on his feet!!!
Im not one to leave reviews but this place deserves one. My girlfriend and I cant speak highly enough of the staff here. The doctor working had to have been the kindest man weve ever dealt with. The entire team was Incredible. What would have been the last night of our pets life anywhere else just turned into a second chance. Praying he makes it though the next few days. We at least have a chance now thanks to them.Thank you Greenbrier.God bless
I highly recommend Greenbrier Emergency Animal Hospital. The staff was professional, courteous, and kind, and our dog was admitted right away (no wait). The total cost was on par with what I usually pay for a normal vet visit, which was a pleasant surprise!
I would definitely recommend Greenbrier to anyone needing emergency care for their pet. The staff is very attentive and clearly care about what they do. Weve used them twice so far, and each time the quality of care has been excellent. The doctors have been knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it is emergency care which does cost more than routine care, their pricing is fair and reasonable.
I recently took my pet to Greenbrier and had an outstanding experience with scheduling, the medical care, and the visit cost. There are few veterinarian services where you can take your pet any time of any day. Staff and doctors were compassionate and professional.
I have always received the best care here and the staff is exceptional.
I took my dog to Greenbrier, they were kind and caring. They kept me updated on my dog. They did not recommend a lot of unnecessary tests and the bill was less than I expected.
I have used Greenbrier Hospital twice now and have been very happy with their services. The staff were all friendly and caring. I especially appreciate that 1-2 days following the visit, a staff member called to ask how my dog was doing. I would use them again, if needed.
Our dog Eddie was sluggish and bloated, completely uninterested in food (which is QUITE abnormal for him), so we brought him in. Dr. Ware saw him immediately, and talked us through her recommended treatment plans. Dr Ware (and all the staff) were amazing!By the time Eddie left the next morning, he was his usual happy self again. Im glad we brought our dog in, and its good to know theres an affordable emergency vet in town, should we ever need them again for any of our pets!
Wonderful experience. Very quick service. Awesome Dr and staff that we seen. Would most definitely recommend to others for emergency veterinary care.
I took my dog her after I found her in the woods not using her back legs. The vet told me she was paralyzed and that the chances of her receiving function in her hind legs was very poor. They never took an xray or any further testing. The vet also told me there was no shame in euthanizing as she would have poor quality of life. I chose not to euthanize and instead took her to my primary vet in fork union where they did perform several xrays and testing to show she has sensation and movement in her back end. Im so thankful I went with my gut and chose not to listen to this emergency vet. Please dont go here!
From strictly a phone etiquette perspective, I was surprised by how unhelpful and disinterested they were in my questions about whether or not I should bring my dog in. I dont live close to Charlottesville and emergency vet visits can be costly so I wanted to determine whether a situation was an emergency or could wait until the morning to address with my regular vet. The woman I spoke to provided no guidance aside from I cant tell you anything unless you bring your dog in. Very disappointing. I called the location on Airport Road and had a completely different experience- I wont plan to reach out to Greenbrier again.
I came to Greenbriar with my catto and the staff were friendly, kind, and up front about the cost, procedure and aftercare. Thanks again for your help!
On Friday, at about 6:30pm, a very unfortunate event occurred. My family member, Rory Dandridge, the dog, was hit by a truck. Being a great Pyrenees, she ran past the house to the back of our property, through a creek, up an embankment, and laid down in the cold, muddy wet field. It was dark, due to day light savings time. Though my husband and I spent 2 hours calling, and searching for her with flash lights, and her companion dog, we were unable to find her, and she did not answer our calls. At about 12 pm, we went to bed to resume the search in the day light. My husband woke early, and was able to locate her, at about 7am. Rory was badly injured, she had lost a lot of blood, and was in shock, but still alive. He stayed with her for a bit of time, and came and told me she had been found. I did go out to see her. She did not move, but did look at me. I went home and called the non emergency number for the Crozet based, all volunteer, rescue squad and explained the situation. Great Pyrenees are large dogs. Rory is, thankfully, on the small side, as she weighs only 92 pounds. I explained to Taylor, the wonderful young man who answered the call, about our predicament. I told him that to get to her, we would have to cross creek, wet moss covered rocks, leaves, random sticks, and would need strong backs, to assist her to our car. I had already notified the Greenbriar Emergency Vet we would be coming, because she was going to the vet, if I had to drag or carry her myself. But I didnt. The night shift squad was still there, and showed up in about 5 minutes. Their shift was over, and they had NO obligation to come, and perhaps, might have thought-why do this for a dog? When they arrived, they were very well equipped and out fitted. They brought all the appropriate equipment, and more, and acted with a deep compassion, carefulness, and respect. They were careful of my family member dog. Strapped her to the perfect apparatus to carry Rory, who they had every right to be afraid of-a dog in severe pain. On the spot, a well thought-out plan was developed, and implemented. With great care, and consideration, they carried Rory about 1/4 mile through the marsh, woods, over a rock path, over a flowing mossy, rocky creek, and brought her home. They were thoughtful, and careful when they assisted her into the back seat of my car. Careful, careful, not to cause her any pain to her severely lacerated fore paws. As yet, I do not know their names, but in some ways, this does not matter. ALL of the EMS personal in Western Albemarle are VOLUNTARY. But, my goodness, these people did so go so far past any hope I could have had for them. It is the all of them. ALL VOLUNTEER, WELL PAST THE END OF THEIR SHIFTS. So today, after excellent care received by the Greenbrier Emergency Vet in Charlottesville, Dr. Cheryl Antonucci DVM, and her excellent staff, Rory is now HOME! Greenbrier is there when you really need them. Without them, I think I would be without Rory. I dont think people realize that becoming a Vet is HARDER than becoming a MD, and that The Emergency Vet is open when everything else is closed, so they work weekends and holidays. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs their services. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Greenbriers actual hours are 6pm to 8am Monday through Thurs and 6pm Friday to 8am Monday morning. Not sure why it says theyre closed weekends! Theyre definitely open 24 hours weekends and holidays.
I had an awful experience from beginning to end. My dog had two blown knees and could no longer walk. They acted as if I only wanted to kill my dog. Much eye rolling and head shaking not to mention the under the breath comments.Find a vet who is compassionate. Not just for your pet, but for you as well.
I feel terrible reading the recent poor reviews of Greenbrier and so Im compelled to comment. While I have preferred certain staff members over others (some tend to exhibit better empathy; others are more strictly fact-driven), I have experienced nothing but professionalism from this clinic. Our beloved dog fell suddenly and inexplicably ill this summer, and I truly believe some of the measures taken by these veterinarians might be the reason he is currently snoring next to me as I type this review. I live close to 30 miles away, and the kind of care he needed at the time exceeded what my daytime vet could provide. Though it was a stressful experience all around, we felt we were leaving him in good hands each of the three nights we dropped him off at Greenbrier for monitoring. Finally, its worth noting that while I was incredibly grumpy (and sad!) to be there in the middle of the night, worrying about my dog, all of the employees were--by contrast--cheerful, alert, and efficient. I cant imagine having to sacrifice sleeping on a traditional schedule, or foregoing time spent with loved ones on weekends and holidays; so, Im very grateful that there are folks out there who are willing to do it--and who seem to love to do it.
Thank you so much for nursing our Daisy through her hardest days.
This review is more for the people working for the company than for the company. But, the company owners were ultimately responsible for hiring the people who saved my dog.Primary attending Dr./Vet was Dr Ware - she saved my dogs life (keto-acidosis brought on by diabetes and UTI).Ability to diagnose, triage and treat = 5 stars (based on results - my dog was severely dehydrated, throwing up for over a day and couldnt keep water down) - I also saw a dog seemingly doing well while recovering from a snake bite (probably a copper head)Ability to care for the patient/dog = 5 stars (Ive seen over a dozen vets, and have fired over 80% of them - Animal hospitals are for-profit businesses and the vast majority of vets prioritize their profits over care for the animal. My perception is that this hospital leadership had previously determined the cost for providing top-tier medicine and care while also being able to sustain a profitable and successful business. My dog had to stay in the hospital for the entire weekend at a cost of $2000. Dr. Ware and 4 to 6 techs (and 1 other attending Vet/Dr.) all provided constant monitoring and critical care, maintaining IV fluids, antibiotics, etc. Just as important, all the the 6 to 12 professionals working there seemed to genuinely care for my dog and want to help her recover. I think this type of energy in the hospital is just as important as the medicine. )Facility = 3.5 starts (Ive been to a couple of nationally recognized Vets, for example a neurologist in Fairfax VA, and their facilities are unmatched for comfort and environment, but t also cost about double. Although the facility and visit rooms were not plush, I was repeatedly told to stay as long as wanted and to be physically with my dog, while connected to IV, as long as I wanted. I only went home to grab some sleep, and spent days and nights with my dog in a room they provided for us. They worked around me to constantly monitor her. If the facility was 5 star, Im sure the cost would have had to double, and Im thankful for the companys business decision to settle for a 3.5 star facility to keep costs down)Communication = 4 stars (All care-givers were very professional, courteous, positive and truly kind. However, the Vets/Docs are very gentle with their communication, too gentle in my opinion. Im sure they dont want to come across as an alarmist high pressure saleperson, but I had to pull some information out of them, which I think most people wont do. They are very careful and guarded with the information they give, theyre conservative. Im sure this is because they have to somewhat detach themselves emotionally, but also because they have to avoid running into conflicts with local Vets over primary-care. They have to walk a fine business line, which I think ultimately detracts from longer term care of the animal. But, thats business, and its just as bad or worse for humans)
I would strongly recommend greenbriar emergency hospital and a specific vet Angela Ware she was beyond amazing and did everything in her power to help my miniature beagle who weighed a whooping 12 lbs and what we thought was a animal bite or a cut from some type of fence ended up be a gun shot wound that grazed our pup. She also did all that she could to make sure i was able to afford the visit and take our pup home to our little girl who says that our pup was her best friend in the whole world. I would rather pay the costs of the emergency care and have angela ware take care of my pup then go to a normal vet with normal hours. There however was one flaw with my 6 hour visit. The receptionist she was very rude and nasty had no compassion or sympathy towards pet owners exremely concerned about their pet and in emergency situations you need caring and understanding not bitchy and crude . I was upset i couldnt be with my pup as i had to listen to my pup cry for 2 mins due to her having to have the numbing meds to take care of her wound. My 3 yr old daughter refused to go to bed and i asked her to at least go to the back and take a picture of the dog and then had to get nasty in order for that to happen.Because of her nasty attitude and her refusing to take the picture for my young child she stayed awake an extra 45 mins then needed. She made the anxiety and worry over my pup 10 times worse and i am honestly a very quite person but when it comes to my kids and my pup is like my child i get darn right mean and it took everything i had to remain calm with her nastiness and quite frankly her bitchy attitude. If you removed that one flaw this place would be the best around and i still however consider them the best around as far as car and compassion and making sure that they would do all they could to make sure the visit was within our budget. So again Thank you Angela Ware my family and i thank you sincerely for going above and beyond for our pup and making sure that you reunited her with my 3 yr old little girl u made it possible for my little girl to have her best friend for longer and for that ill truly be grateful. Angela ware is by the best vet in all of charlottesville and possibly even Va. Id recommend her to anyone in need.
My dog visited this hospital once and then unfortunately had to be put down later that week. Greenbrier called to check in and when they found out that my dog had died, they sent a card signed by the entire staff. He had only been there once! While he was there, he received great care and my regular vet agreed with their initial diagnosis and medical care.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the vets there really seem to know their stuff. I would recommend to anyone needing emergency pet care.
Saved my dogs life and were very kind and caring. Thanks so much!!!
All about money... sad
We had a great experience with the staff and care we received at Greenbriar. We had family visiting from out of state with four dogs. Their oldest dog has some complicated medical conditions. While here she had fallen off the coach and was having difficulty walking. After doing some research we went to Greenbriar Emergency Vet. Although we did have to wait some time upon meeting with the vet it was clear why. She took her time with us and really went over our options. Instead of doing a bunch of unnecessary tests and medications, she felt it was more appropriate to see a speciality vet. Because the dog didnt appear to be in pain, has a complicated medical history and the dog didnt appear to need emergency surgery, she felt in order to get the best care a neurology vet would be able to provide the best care. She got on the phone and spoke to the emergency vet in Richmond to see if we should go right away or wait until Monday. The vet saved us a lot of money not charging us an arm and a leg while at Greenbriar when it wasnt necessary. She also took the time to call the vet instead of sending us out the door and having us drive to Richmond that night. We were incredibly grateful for her care and services and were able to go home and rest better with minds at ease and knowledge of what to do and signs to look for if the situation became an emergency. Would highly recommend.
Very compassionate and caring staff. Dr. Julie Nozynski is wonderful.
Thank you to this amazing team for taking such wonderful care of my pup!!!
The entire staff here is honest, fair and very knowledgable!
Professional, kind and honest. Would highly recommend.
Staff is very patient, and committed to giving the best care possible to every animal who comes in. Theyre also fantastic at helping their patients people navigate the stressful situation of having an injured or sick pet.
Very high prices and not very good sympathy for the parents of there fur babys . will never come here again
Compassionate and caring individuals.
Not good. Not good.
Great place
Great
