The ladies who pierced my 6 y/o were so helpful and caring while piercing. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Very Poor Management, Unprofessional Customer service, Not willing to work, Rude, no smile, the old lady was behaving with us like we owe her a lot and have not paid.... I never felt so disappointed visiting any store in my life. Will never go to them again, and will tell all my family and friends to do so.

Ill never go back I live 1 1/2 hours away I came back to do an exchange on a charm that cost $250 that Ive bought 3 weeks ago and they didnt have the same one because I didnt have my recipe I couldnt do a exchange for something else when she couldve looked me up in the system all I kno the customer service suck

Very unprofessional... People there where extremely rude and was not willing to work with me to get my pricing to the place I wanted, very impatient . Definitely not recommended.
