Our choice to lease a network printer and scanner has been the BEST decision. I manage a busy law firm so high quality printing and scanning is critical. Our machine is reliable, quiet, and quick. The maintenance program automatically provides ample toner supplies; I’ve never had to order any. When we’ve needed service for minor glitches (such as a power outage that takes it off the network), I always speak to a live person; no recorded promps that transfer calls multiple times. And, a technician arrives within the hour. It’s seamless. It’s also saving the business oodles in upgrades, supplies, service, etc. AND the quality is far superior to that of machines that are more costly. Can’t beat the value and service!
