Richard was personable and honest. He was easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing, and gave us a second opinion that simply had us needing to silicone caulk where water was dripping down. The other guy told us we needed to take out our 18 month old tiled shower, fix a liner, and reinstall. I will highly recommend him to my neighbors and easily choose to use him in the future.
