Our project was to add 3 TVs, and create 4 zones on the main level that could play independently or in sync with each other (dining room, great room, kitchen, outside porch). Mine was a small job - just an in-wall surround sound install - butJeff treated me like I was his number 1 customer while scoping the job, recommending and acquiring the speakers and other equipment, installing and integrating everything with the A/V equipment I already had. Jeff traveled to my location no fewer than three times: first for an initial survey of the room I wanted to fit out, a second time after I had torn out the existing interior to pre-wire for the final install and the final install itself. Each time, he worked with me to insure the most convenient schedule then stuck to the schedule. The workmanship of the install was every bit as expert as the advice he offered when evaluating my project. I have nothing but the highest praise for AVS and the work they did when I recently built a new home involving a plan I drafted for 5 audio zones and multiple networking drops. They provide key advice on the plan, did all the prewiring, then came back to do terminations/plates, and hang the large TV. Cables are well-labeled with no errors or opens. The quality of the cables, terminations, plates, and TV mount is impressive. AVS even fixed some trouble spots caused by others during construction: straightened a speaker knocked out of alignment by the dry wall installers and fished into finished space exterior feed cables that the builder overlooked. AVS proved themselves to be a trusted partner... I couldn’t have hoped for anything better.

More importantly, he reconfigured the whole-house stereo and speaker system and was able to overcome a problem that I myself created when interfering with work he had already done.
