Lauren is great with facials and she gets a 5. I get a little annoyed with being asked multiple times about their spa packages for a monthly fee and sometimes I feel like the receptionists take a little too long. I like to be in and out, thats the only reason for a 4 instead 5. They cam improve on some areas. But I will continue to go here for chemical peels.

I recently got a 90 minute facial with Lauren and it was WAAAAAY BEYOND amazing and far surpassed my expectations. She was personable, polite and professional. She took the time determine what would work best for my skin. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing that I literally drifted off to sleep almost right away. My skin felt so good and refreshed when I left. I appreciate her recommendations for continued skin care. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Lauren for my first ever microderm service.

Yvonne did a wonderful job. I had the 30 minute assisted stretch followed by a 60 minute massage. Was completely relaxed! I have been going to this Massage Envy for over 10 years and 90% of the time I would say I have been highly satisfied with their services. I am glad they are seeking feedback. This is a first in my 10 years. I asked one of the therapists how they got feedback-basically they only hear about negative feedback. This is a big step

Mosha (Mark) is one of my favorite therapists there. He asks questions before, during, and after to make sure you enjoy your experience. He is one of the best and gives you a fantastic massage!

The front desk staff (Amanda & ?) on May 18 welcomed my questions with friendliness and quality responses. Sharon greeted me promptly and was kind and professional about her service delivery. After over a year of not being able to safely return to this type of self care it was a very pleasant experience.

She catered to what I needed, she helped me figure out what I needed and it was soooo relaxing and so needed.When I was checking out I was told about a wonderful membership offer to get a free monthly massage with a very small monthly cost. I didn’t even know this was a thing so I jumped on that very quickly with all the stress over the last year + I figured I could use this at least for a while, and you can even roll them over to the following month and/or share them with someone. I was very impressed overall with the quality of service and low prices! ❤️

John did an amazing job. Being post surgery, I needed a specific type of massage. All massages are not created equal. Everything about my visit was so good... I bought 5 sessions more.

I had never been to Sarah before and I was a little worried because I like a very light relaxing massage and that’s been hard to find. Even though Sarah told me she could be a little heavy handed, my massage was perfect! She gave me a tad deeper pressure but the relaxing kind I so desperately needed! Definitely going to be returning!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for a few years now and have seen many of their therapists. I have a very active athletic lifestyle and work in a lab where my movements aren’t the most ergonomic. Mosha has been my go-to therapist for deep tissue. He’s great with firm pressure and adjusts very well with any input you give. A lot of therapists have been nervous to really use firm pressure on me because I have a smaller frame, but Mosha is the exception. Massage Envy is clean, professional, and friendly and I’ve never had any issues with them. If you’re looking for someone who can give you wonderful relief through deep tissue work, Mosha is your guy.

I had a massage on Monday March 15. I am 4 weeks post-op from a total knee replacement. I had WILLIAM. I was very, very tight, cramping, achy. He took the time to listen to me and during my massage always asked if I was alright and if the pressure was ok. When I left my knee/leg felt amazing. NO cramping, not aching, very little tightness. WILLIAM is an asset to Massage Envy. I will not be having anyone else but him. THANK YOU WILLIAM 😊😷

Had a great massage recently. The therapist, Jennifer is very versed in the muscles and how they connect to aches, pains, and soreness. She is excellent at finding the issue and knows how to massage the area to decrease the tightness in related musculature. Though it can be slightly painful, Jennifer really provided the therapy that I was needing. I was debating whether to see an orthopedic physician with the PT route, but feel like I am getting much more for my money with her services. Jennifer is concerned about my issues, has remembered me from previous massages, and does her best to maximize her time with me in the necessary areas of my body. I try to get her services each time I have a massage, because I know it will be a productive and therapeutic session. Thanks Jennifer!

After a very long standing membership with Massage Envy there were issues (during a recent surgery time) where my membership was canceled (unknown & unrequested by me) until my most recent visit.I don’t feel this was handled in the best manner that it could have been all things considered.This isn’t anything against my recent therapist Eileen however. I’ve been going to ME for over 4yrs and have always had a great experience. I’ve worked with KD practically the whole time I’ve gone there, and she does an amazing job every time! I’ve worked with multiple therapists trying to find pain relief, and she by far exceeds everyone else I’ve worked with. She truly cares about your well being, and she goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of. The front end of the house is always nice and courteous, and the facilities are always clean. I’ve worked with some other therapists there and they did a great job as well and were professional, but KD’s skills just fit my needs best.2/02/2021 (UPDATE)I started seeing a new therapist at ME because my previous therapist moved into management. I recently started seeing Jennifer, and I have to say she is a true healer! Not only was the massage great, the customer service she had was awesome! I liked that she went over what problem areas she felt, and gave recommendations on how to help those area! 10/10

Ive had several great massage sessions with KD at the Cville location. She is professional, but easy to talk with. She has a great understanding of how the body works and is able to find all the right spots for old injuries, strains, or just general aches. She happily will customize any way you want and is happy to make recommendations based on what she is feeling with your body. Highly recommended.

I visited them on October 21st and was experiencing a lot of pain in my left leg and trunk area. I could hardly drive. As Jennifer worked on my hip and the front of my leg I could feel the tightness releasing. She worked hard in that area. I felt immense relief when I got up from the table and to my delight, by Friday I was almost back to normal and did a 2 mile hike with my grandson on that Saturday.
