The property management locks customer first service and poor communication to tenants as well as application process. Waits till last minute for required documents or stating lost papers. Potential HUD investigation inquiry as sketch property management practice including no clear standard work process on tenants management. Instead waisting my time to deal with management staff, I went to different property with better service and communication. This property management is using a sneaky tactics to turn away potential tenants. HUD needs to take a look at this management.

Not a good company to work for. Are dishonest and will not return phone calls. Paperwork mysteriously missing from employee files.

The apartments are new and look nice inside and out.
