1. I used this company a couple years ago around 2018, and they did a decent design for my cycling event, except they misspelled the name of my race. It was too late to correct, but they did send more shirts which I was able to send to participants. 2. I ordered from them again for another event and the shirt and spelling looked great, but they forgot to bill me and sent the bill over 6 months after which had taken me by surprise. 3. Finally on my 3rd attempt with this company to save a few dollars by buying with them, I requested for the designer to have creative freedom in design. I asked specifically for no graphic characters like peppers and not drinking tequila, the literal design they sent over had a graphic character drinking tequila. After trying to discuss what happened with this design and why the design would be so totally off base after my initial request, the company told me to go away and not to bother them again. That is really great customer service. You wont save any dollars by working with this company. Save yourself any trouble and find a new company to design your shirts.
