They went above and beyond letting us take our time to decide and letting us come by as many times as we wanted to see several different models. There was never any pressure. These guys are super. I was in need of a cargo van on short notice and they were there to help. Their prices are more than competitive and their service is unrivaled. Clean vehicles that absolutely make you wish you could just hang on to them versus bringing them back. Oh yeah, did I mention, they sell everything they rent...Passenger vans, cargo vans, they have a really good selection.

We recently took a group of 13 youth on a choir trip from our church. Bill at Adventure Vans was absolutely a delight, prompt in his responses, and exceedingly patient through some communication snags with our insurance company. The van was impeccable, and fit our needs exactly, all at a fantastic price. Really cant say enough good about the place. Well be back again!

Never heard of them but they are an awesome company to rent from. I called and they provided with excellent customer service. They get 10 stars from me. Highly recommended.

Need to rent a van? This is pretty much your only good option. Luckily for us its also a great option! At half the price of Enterprise, Adventure Vans has great vehicles that get the job done. Ive rented about thirty vans from them in the past four years and have not once had a bad experience. Other rental companies limit what you can do or how far you can go. A couple of thousand miles or a little bit of dirt? No problem! I rented three of their twelve passenger vans last summer to take high school students all the way to New Orleans and back for a week of mission work. High School boys in a van for 11 hours each way, needless to say these vehicles were disgusting. Not a problem for Adventure Vans! They get them cleaned up great, serviced and back on the road! The office is always helpful and willing to work fast to help out in a pinch! In January I realized on Thursday that I hadnt reserved two vans for a Friday Ski Trip, Fran and Sienna got me on the road with time to spare!

They do have very clean vehicles. BUT, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this business, I highly recommend that if talk with them over the phone, either record your conversation, or make them repeat and verify the price they quote you. They advertise their For Sale vehicles with CarGurus, where I found a van I was interested in. I called the number listed and talked with a salesman, Roy Brooks. I told him the van I was calling about, listed with an ID number, and we discussed the overall condition. The van was listed on the website for $22,840, as were most of the vans they listed For Sale. I asked if there was any room for negotiation and he said let me tell what the bottom line is. He came back and told me $20,840, plus the taxes and tags. I had wrote his name down when he answered the phone and I wrote the figure he gave me with it. When I went to the business on a Saturday morning to look at the van and decided to purchase it, Mr. Brooks said he NEVER quoted me this price. I showed him were I had wrote the figure he told me and he still denied quoting me this price. Yes, I was upset and frustrated. I did end up purchasing the van, but was very displeased with his approach and lack of a willingness to work with the customer. I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Brooks. Maybe the other salesmen at the business have some integrity, but not him!!!

These people are the best. Super friendly and helpful. I dont know how the rates compare, but if you want a sparkling clean vehicle in perfect condition, this is the place to go.

Customer Service is A+++++. I found Adventure Vans through an internet search. From my first conversation with Todd Brooks I was impressed. We bought a 2013 handicap van from this establishment six months ago in order to transport my mother. There were some issues with the van that were addressed at no charge to us even though the van was sold as is. Recently my mother passed away. I called Todd asking advice as to how to market the van. Adventure Vans made a very fair offer to purchase. I sold the van to them which has saved me the frustration of dealing with marketing, prospective buyers, the negotiating and aggravation. Settling an estate is quite an experience and Adventure Vans has help ease one part for me. Both the original purchase and the recent sale went very smooth. In my experience, and I am a retired professional, Adventure Vans ranks at the top when it comes to customer service, professionalism and just plain caring.

I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your van and bus rental needs. I chose to use this business to rent a shuttle van for a national sales meeting event that my company was hosting for a weekend. My rental was for a Thu-Sun rental. Upon picking up the van on a Thursday afternoon, I was told to just drop it off any time on Sunday and drop the keys in a drop box - as they are closed on Sunday. Not living very close to this location, I was unable to arrange for someone to meet me there on Sunday for a drop off. Instead, I returned the van on Monday morning at 8:12am - 12 minutes after they had opened the business for the new week. They insisted on charging me over a $100 more dollars (about 33% of the original agreed upon price for the rental) for the extra 12 minutes. Being an owner of a business that focuses on the importance of a high level of customer service, I was dumbfounded with the manner in which the company treats a first time (and absolutely last time) customer. I chose this company thinking I was supporting a smaller local business, and I certainly paid the price. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere.

We liked the van that we rented it was great to get around with in the city. i was able to fit everyone in comfortably. the service was great and the gentleman that helped us was good at showing us how to get around and all the hotspots in the city. overall this is a good place to rent van.

I couldnt recommend this place less.I spent two weeks on the phone with them trying to verify information and was promised a reservation while they called the insurance company. My insurance eventually verified my coverage limits but was then told by Elise Sorry, we have no rentals availableAvoid at all costs
