Terrible experience with their valet service. I requested a refund when they told me I’d have to walk to the parking deck to get my own car, and they said they would mail the refund. After multiple follow-up calls, I was told that I was not promised a refund and would not be given one.

How can they send you a bill in the mail for 30 dollars with no indication of a late fee then you go online and boom late fee? The fees on the letter and the site do not add up. Why do I sense some shady stuff going on? This will be getting escalated real quick! How is this company allowed to be in business?!

Absolute lowlifes that sit outside and wait for people to park in places they shouldn’t, even for a second, despite no one else parking there. We’re in a pandemic for Christ sake and your “team” won’t let someone deliver a Uber eats order without fining them. Absolutely pathetic.Try doing this business up in Detroit. You wouldn’t get through a shift. You’re lucky Charlotte has nice people.

Appeal people decline appeal no matter what. I paid properly and their record/machine was defective. But I had to go through the trouble to clarify that and “prove me innocence”. Hope they know they are not law enforcement and shouldn’t be wasting my time like this, they’d better know they are providing services and stop sucking at it.

I work for this company. Im also a supervisor. A job is a job. But I give 5 stars out to the current manager. He treats his employees well. As well for service. If you see them run, your getting good service.Ive been a good valet and I have been a poor valet. But thats only speaking for myself and honestly.

Current(not much longer) employee. Very poor ran company. Services not so well. Management does nothing all day. Valet drives peoples cars carelessly. Shuttle drivers are very underpaid for the amount of running and rules that has to be done. No structure. Valet takes pictures posing in peoples cars, driving fast. Its almost like being a slave if you work for this company. Making them big bucks while being paid terrible. No breaks. Raggedy shuttles to drive. Terrible scheduling. And forget about making tips if your a shuttle driver because 10 valet boys will bum rush the customers for a couple dollars. Point being spend your money on better closer parking for the airport.

We have used Park Inc for several events at our house due to lack on parking and have always been pleased with their services. The attendants arrive on time and are very cordial to our guests.We also use their business valet service at the airport, they take your bags from your car to the bus and vice versa upon your return. Call when you land and the car is waiting for you next to the check out desk.

Never do business with them. When you call to report one of their workers not doing their job right by trying to hit my car or being very inappropriate while doing their job you can’t get no one to care or doing anything. Is this the way the world works by not caring! Ridiculous!

PARK INC OPERATES A TRAFFIC CONTROL/CROSSING GUARD BUSINESS AT FORT MILL SCHOOLS. THE COMPANY SUPPLIES THE EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT EQUIPMENT TO DO A PROPER JOB, THEY ARE ALWAYS INVOLVED AND CONCERNED IN THE SAFETY OF THE KIDS AND BUSES THAT ARE HANDLED BY THEIR EMPLOYEES EVERY DAY. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST PARK INC. FOR ANYBODY NEEDING THIS SERVICE.

Serious integrity issues with the valets for this company. Valet parked my car in their gravel lot and punctured my tire. Told me that night it was not a big deal they would file a claim and take care of it. Next day they change their story and said the car was parked on the street the whole time. How does that explain a fully inflated tire with 41 psi going empty from a piece of gravel stuck in hole on the tire? Their whole claims service is a farce. If I was a business owner Id stay far from this company. They are a bunch of liars.

I went in for a haircut 3 weeks ago came out to my car being stolen. The key box was not locked so a guy drove off with my Mercedes E350...my car has been destroyed...have to wait another month for the seat...I am paying out of pocket for rental...for 10 days I took uber for monthly shot to shrink brain tumor..oh then took me to the ER due to stress I hadnt slept in 3 nights and my heart was going nuts...not to mention losing 10 days of work...even better the $3000 worth of teaching supplies and money that has not been refunded. You have made no attempt to check on me...apologize. seriously..the day before mymother in laws funeral..and you just sat there

This valet services a hotel I recently attended a trade show at. Upon receiving my car I discovered money stolen from my center counsel. Neither the hotel nor Park Inc want to take responsibility for this, I would avoid using this service at all costs!

I went to Brios. The complex apparrently uses Park Inc. The parking attendant dropped my keys before he went to get my car. My ignition key broke when it hit the ground and he tried to piece it together. He went to get my car and I asked if he was able to put the key together.... he lied and said yes. My key was dismantled. I called the manager, Julian and filed a complaint. He said that his parking attendants said that it was already broken. He never called the witnesses that I provided. He insenuated that I gave them a dismantled key and the key that he dropped belonged to another car... why did he bring my car back with a broken key then... Do not use them

Worst compagnie to work with cooperate dont do they job well always people quiting the company such liars never keep the word users they all about money dont care for employers i dont never ever recommend this company i work with them for years do not use them you will definitely be disappointed very poor management
