Nice location. They had a great selection of trucks and trailers. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The facility has become infested with rats on the back end and the insurance offered doesnt cover it. Brought it to the managers attention after finding a lot of my items damaged and he did nothing. Dennis (GM) had known about the issue for months and didnt tell the renters. He also allows homeless people to live in some of the units and keeps the bathrooms locked so if you have to pee then itll have to wait. Save your money from this location

Place is enormous... Dennis set me up in my unit last week so just had to sign and pay.. super cheap prices compared to other storage places Ive used in the past and they rent vans and trucks super cheap as well! Definitely the place to go!

Absolutely loved it and the man working by himself was so cool nice polite and very down to earth is I am ever back in NC I would do so by again just to say hello and ty...

We recently switched from a brand new storage place to Outbox bc of prices and location. Can’t beat the prices at Outbox! The place is very clean, great customer service, the units are easy to access.. no complaints! :)

Weve been a customer for a long time now and are very pleased with the facility and the services. Easy online payments and clean environmnet. Just remember that this is not a 24/7 access facility so you need to plan a little for when yo get your items.

A friend of mine recently rented a unit. I saw it for the first time. Clean and pristine, and dry. Over the years, we have always used Public Storage. This place is SO MUCH better. I am encouraging him to get a second unit, and get rid of his Public Storage. This area of Charlotte is be revamped and revitalized, and it has become a prime location. Great storage place!

We had a wonderful experience using Outbox for storage and Uhaul rental. The owner was extremely easy to work with and was very accommodating when we needed to keep our storage unit for a few additional days and rent a Uhaul with only 2 days notice. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the better experiences I had with a UHaul vendor. I felt treated as a valued customer and there was a good selection of products to choose from. Next time we will start here.With all the security hacks I was not comfortable with the amount of personal information that uHaul wants to collect on their customers without disclosing how it will be used and how long they will store it.

I rented a space here in November and have had a wonderful experience so far. The place was clean and looked new much nicer than the old run down places you see. The move in process was quick and easy and more affordable than other facilities we priced before we picked this one and the manager Lauren is friendly helpful and always has a smile on her face. They had a good special running and even a discount on your rent if you refer someone and they sale boxes moving supplies and locks Highly recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Came in to look at a space to rent and the man managing the place didn’t seem to want me there. No friendly greeting or offer to help. Not even a smile. He was outside smoking when I arrived and acting like me coming to give him my business was a huge inconvenience. When I asked to see a storage space I was met with aggitation. Very disappointed as this location was very convenient to me. Luckily there is an extra space right up the street who was happy to help me. I’d give this place no stars if I could. Will never recommend.

Robert assisted me with downgrading my current storage unit and was honest by offering me solutions to lower the cost of using internet rate, waiting until my current month expires, and removing the insurance since my homeowners policy covers the contents. Great customer service, though he did forget to give the reminder call promised and that I was even coming on the day to switch over, but that was trivial.

Susan and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible! Highly recommend the facility based on the EXCELLENT customer service!

Jae has been fantastic to work with. She is super friendly and fast and seemed to genuinely be interested in helping me.

Clean, quiet. Hasnt been overly busy on any of my visits. Spaces are adequate for the price. Dollies are provided for customer use. Loading area is a little cramped and awkward.

They were away from the office at 3:30pm on a Friday. I sat and waited for 45 mins and no one showed. Don’t rent here.

She was friendly. She explained everything well. It was a nice environment. She showed the facility to be sure it was what I wanted.

I dozed off (after tearing up my unit and putting stuff back inside), I was tired. The management decided to do a raid on people actually sleeping in their units( because theyre homeless). She kicked me out, but charged the card for the month. Also, theres no bus stop there. You have to walk back 12 minutes and if youre carrying stuff its difficult.

Service was second to none Shameka was incredibly helpful and polite was considering using another storage facility but glad I choose cubesmart because of Shamekas great customer service ! If your ever in need of a storage facility cubesmart is your place ask for Shameka
