Food was late and over cooked. I was accommodated only to find out it was very under cooked. Over all its normally a great place. Just the last experience was bad at the worst time. I was on a date. Normally I would give a 5star rating.

The company responded promptly to my need for a quick tow job and was very timely and professional as well as more reasonable than the other companies I shopped.

Interesting group of fellas running this outfit. I used their services and advised the dispatch of where I was going. He said he would advise the driver of my destination. The driver contacted me and I advised him of my destination. I even texted him my destination address. Upon arrival, the towtruck driver claimed that he would have to charge me more since it was further than he thought and that the dispatch (I assume his boss) did not tell him the destination. Huh? I smelled a rat immediately. He was trying to rip me off because I personally text him the address and he responded. I would hate to see what they do to women and seniors who might not have a clue. Perhaps someone should investigate into their practices. Youve been warned.
