Great people almost like a huge family there.

A HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY WILL COME IN TEAR EVERYTHING UP LEAVE A MESS.It took duke energy and spectrum cable over 12 HOURS to fix the damage this crew did.In one day this company managed to cut power lines to several houses.Cut tv and internet to an entire neighborhood and trample some flowers in my yard.The worker who lied to my wife about being the supervisor accused her of blaming them for the damage that she knows was already there.Eventually her gave her his card and said to call the office and if you can prove it then we will pay for it.I called the office and got no answer so I called the cell number on the card with a name of Chris Smith. Mr Smith told me that he did not speak with my wife and that one of his workers must have.Mr Smith said that someone would come come out and fix the damage to the flowers the next day but that day has come and gone with nothing resolved and no phone call or notice or anything.So I will be contacting spectrum and the Better business bureau about this company and how this situation was handled.
