Good for simple fillings. Horrible for complex returns.Had a mutli-state filling and these guys messed up big time. Still fighting 15K in another state taxes due to a mistake they made.They never owned to the problem and simply dropped my case when problems started.

After working with them for 4 years the owner, Mr Ross, said he no longer wants my business. When I asked why, he said he doesn’t have to give a reason because it’s his business so he can do what he wants.What made it worst is that he waited till the deadline to file taxes, giving me almost no time to find someone else.
