I personally know Eden, and I had quite a few business 📈 with her, she is a very nice and intelligent women 💃, I highly recommend her!

This is a great place to do your taxes. Ms. Eden is the owner she is professional, licensed, and knows what she is doing. Also, she has coffee and little condiments she may offer typically when you first walk in. The staff typically are just nice like her. So, I totally disagree with these other comments I read.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would. The initial visit when this company did my taxes last year wasn’t bad. My return is pretty standard so they didn’t have to “work any magic” for me or do anything extra for me to receive a maximum amount. I went to them for the advance.This year I decided to save that money and do my taxes on my own. I called them to get the amount of my total wages earned from last year because you need that amount to file for this year. I spoke to a lady named Erica at first. Before she gave me the information that I needed she asked me if I would be coming back. I told her no and that I wanted to do them on my own to save money. She then told me the amount. I confirmed it, thanked her and hung up.I put the amount that Erica told me was my wages from last year into the necessary area. The IRS rejected my return because of this.I called back and spoke with someone else. I told them the same thing. I wasn’t coming back because I wanted to save money. Before this lady gave me the information that I called for, she tried to persuade me to come back. Once I said no, I heard Erica in the background. I asked for the i for a that I called for. The lady that I was speaking to tried to tell me the correct number but Erica told her to give me the incorrect number instead because I wasn’t planning on coming back. I heard Erica in the background. After hearing this, I just went directly thru the IRS to get the correct information.They sent me a letter with the number that the lady was trying to tell me before Erica directed her to lie to me.This type of dishonesty is why I encourage EVERYONE to second guess coming to get your taxes done by these people. The lack of integrity is disgusting. Had they would have just did right by me, I would have referred people to them. Instead they lied to me to get my return rejected in hopes that I would come crawling back to them.. Ha!!!! I’m smarter than that n now you have lost a customer for life! Oh n don’t do the response were you lie and say that I wasn’t a client like you have done most of the negative reviews on your company. To everyone reading this review I WAS A REAL CLIENT, this really happened and they are LIARS!!!!!

I been going to her for the last 6 years and dont have any problems and she is has coffee and cakes while you wait to get it preparered. She is a licensed tax preparer. And she is very nice and works great with you.

I had a great experience with this company, good people that care about you !! They do a fantastic job of keeping up with the changing tax laws . I have known the owner for a very long time and she is a caring and wonderful person.

Worst place ever to file your taxes. Me and my daughter owe the IRS because we mistakenly trusted them to do our taxes. Never again i do not recommend this place at all unless you do not mind being in debt with irs

Desiree works for do tax so do not listen to her. This place is a SCAM and will have you in debt with the IRS. Every year they have new workers that dont know what they are doing. Go to this place and watch you get audited by irs or get a letter saying you owe money. Take these one star reviews as a warning or just be hard headed and learn the hard way like i did and others that know this place is fraud

Oh wow im glad everyone is speaking out about this place because i thought it was just me and my sister, they also have me in debt with the irs. kind of nervouse to even make this review because they still have our info on file and might try to do some other crooked stuff with our info but i want to also warn others.

I new it wasnt just me!!! Ive filed with dotax last year and didnt receive anything there but Im still in debt. These guys need to be shutdown ive already reported them but I get nothing out of it Im still the one taking a loss. I mean damn I got a family to feed. I wouldnt recommend these guys to anybody ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY FROM DO TAX !!!!
