DeMicheal was very knowledgeable about tax law. He is able to answer the questions that we have even when it was a question about preparing for the upcoming year. Starting a new business while trying to maintain another was not an easy experience so we had a lot of documents to make sense of. He was able to go through them in a timely fashion even though we were not in the office (in person). Filing via the portal was a way that saved my family a lot of time, which is extremely valuable to a family with 3 young children, a job, and 2 businesses.
