My vehicle window was shattered while Brightview was completing work at my apartment complex. A neighbor witnessed the incident and Brightview was contacted. I have left numerous messages with no response or call back. Poor customer service to say the least.

There was a crew that stopped to get gas on Linville Rd in Winston Salem. Very foul mouthed bunch. Especially the woman with them. If I were looking for someone to do a lawn job for me this company would NOT be on my list. Very unprofessional.

Bad company to work for would not suggest they care little to nothing about employees and the pay is not worth it

Trevor and his team did an excellent job on my lawn. We had aeration over seeding. They were extremely friendly and professional.

No respect and not professional at all! My wife just sent me pictures of her brand new car where they have blown leaves and debris all over it! As she walked out the house a bunch of Brightview non professional employees stoped and stared at her making her uncomfortable this happened in suncity in indianland sc I’m very disappointed with this company and will let everyone know how unprofessional they are!

Do not waste your money!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company all around. My recommendation- do NOT do business with them!
