Terrible customer service, worse paper shredding company to work with this side of the Mississippi. Spoke to the manager Tieresse Evans and wow what a moron! Literally the dumbest human I’ve ever interacted with. Completely lied about the price and falsified a contract forging my signature. Compliant? I think not... Went with iron mountain instead

Wrote to Shred-it asking for them to have their drivers respect traffic laws. They responded with a sales pitch.Hey Shred-it.......please stay off residential streets that ban trucks.

Terrible, terrible, terrible..... I called to have my company’s confidential files destroyed and tierressa or however you say his or hers name yelled at me and said they were too busy for me. Why would you treat a potential client like that is beyond me, but I can say I will never be calling them back again. I have found another local company that will be helping me with my shredding services.

This is the worst company to deal with ANY sensitive information. The driver left the back of the truck wide open and papers were flying out onto the street!!! I called in to complain and to speak to the manager only to be cursed out by Tieresse Evans. Will never use this company again. Unbelievable.....

Unprofessional, not compliant, lies to customers, does not show up and price gouges. Not sure how they are even in business. Save yourself the hassle and use a different company

Tieresse Evans is the most disrespectful and un-educated person I have ever dealt with! He lied to my face about the service! Tried to speak to his superiors and he wouldn’t let me. What a major hassle for such a simple service.

Price gouging!!! You can call different numbers and depending on who you call you get a lower or higher price for the same service. No shows on service and was billed 8x higher than what the service should of been. The local manager Tieresse Evans is extremely rude and arrogant. Very un-ethical company very dissatisfied.

Shred it is a very reasonable way of getting rid of your important papers that you want NO one to see or review. I like they are here on time and there drivers are always very professional. Thank you for taking wonderful care of our business.

Good customer service. Professional drivers that arrive on time. They also have a reasonable minimum if you only need to shred 5-6 bankers boxes vs. giant storage room of stuff.

If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a one time shred as I was in the process of moving my Mom out of her home of 34 years because my Dad died. They had 20 bags of files that needed to be shredded on the second floor. On June 13th I had SHRED IT booked to come at 800 AM as we were closing on the house. At 830 when they had not showed up I called and it took me one hour to get someone on the phone to get information. The customer service rep I worked with said the system did not add the order to the route and they could come tomorrow. I said we dont own this house any longer the closing is at 10:00 AM today they have to come today. After waiting 4 hours and dragging 20 bags down the steps not knowing if they would show up, they finally arrived. Yesterday on November 28th I got a call from collections saying I had not paid the bill due. Guess where they mailed it, to my fathers house. My father is dead and the house has been sold. That was the first phone call ever or communication from Shred It. They had been emailing the wrong email and never thought to pick up the phone and communicate with me. I have NEVER not paid a bill. Their lack of compassion for the situation was unacceptable and their service is less than stellar.

Undependable. Schedule a pickup for 1/30 on 1/5, confirmed it on 1/9 but they never came. Were moving 2/1 and have to work around these bins and they wont pick them up now until end of day on our scheduled move day.
