They get you gone quickly..plan your next stop cause you cant stay there...

Usually I live going there but today. Not so much. The supervisor took 20 minutes to look at a label. Really! 20 min then said it was wrong. Couldnt tell me what was wrong. The puc the numbers? Refused to tell me. Just it was wrong and package couldnt go. Absolutely no help. So whomever had surgery at the hospital in the am had to cancel due to her unwillingness to help! And nice facial piercings. Absolutely no professional from her.

Worthen Wall is a great worker! He is dedicated to his job and knows it inside and out!

This review is for the catering side. I had a 0600 delivery appt. I showed up at 0500 and they unloaded me immediately. Very friendly service. In and out in 45 mins. Thank you, wish all my stops were like that.

Need more customer service reps to move folks thru faster

Big thanks to Doris from AA Cargo customer service and to Will from warehouse logistics and handling.Stellar service received from both, start to finish. Really good and effective teamwork also, from what I have observed.Experience began with my initial phone call inquiry to the front desk, talked to Doris who coordinated warehouse to help with my request. Doris called back as planned to advise that my very fragile goods had arrived in the warehouse, secured and ready for pick up. Paperwork took just about 5 minutes to complete - Doris again - and I was given very clear instructions as to where and how to pick up my shipment.At the loading bay Will who secured my goods also came to personally look after their transfer to my car, this was a very smooth and fast execution. Kudos to the forklift operator(sorry dont have his name) who surgically inserted the 200lbs load all the way in my suv. Never seen this done like it before.. and not a scratch!Goods unpacked at home were all in perfect condition. Thank you very much for the excellent service, highly recommended!

Pet had a 9 hour flight sat in customs hold in AA for 1.5 hours. Get your act into gear this is a live animal not a piece of baggage

Extremely unprofessional customer service upon answering the phone. Doesnt have any knowledge of import/export regulations. No warehouse in Charlotte. Highly not recommend to be on the safe side when importing/exporting. 10/29/2018.

This is the absolute worst place we ever picked up freight from. Every employee is so lazy and useless they all need to be fired. Not one of these employees appreciate their job. If they were my employees I would have to fire everyone of them. Useless, absolutely useless
