First of all, I dont like the name:Spectrum.I liked Time Warner Cable.. I miss the name.As a cable company, its good. However, the constant pressure for payment bothers me. For those who are in tight financial situations, its downright hard to cope with.That said, as a news group, its up and coming. Especially, I love their Weather on the Ones segments. Theyre great to keep the weather in mind. And I love Jeff Crum, and the rest of the weather reporters.I also love their positive news slant-- they find ways to incorporate good news in the mix. Unlike the Big Three:. NBC, ABC, and CBS--this news show, ongoing, leavens its bad news with some good.You dont feel overwhelmed by this newscast. Thank you, Channel 14 news.

Why do you have to have to meteorologist doing the same job? This says alot about the company. Your news is the worst. I dont know why its a default channel when you turn the receiver on. Worst customer service. Have been told repeatedly, someone would call us. Told maintenance would be out, to fix our problems. 4 days without cable and the only time we talk to them is when we call. Lied to over and over. Tired of the apologies when we call, all we want is what we pay for.

Tonight Spectrum aired a biased report raising the issue of teachers deduction for schools supplies being taken away in the new tax proposal. It is irresponsible to present a story like this without mentioning that the teachers loosing this $250 deduction are havingtheir personal deductions double to $12K for a single person..double that for couples.Tom

Twc news has fallen off when it comes to news. They talk about things that shouldnt be news. Who cares about what video game companies are doing. Or a music month. There are real stories out there. Like the 19 year old girl that murdered her mom and sister in mexico on the grounds they were wiccan. Thats news.
